Hotel B Cozumel-Boutique by the Sea

Really felt like the lap of luxury. Hotel desk was very helpful, location was wonderful, food was good.

The staff are super friendly and helpful.

Bed was a bit too firm for my taste. Could use more variety in the food they serve.

I greatly appreciated its location for easy access to offshore snorkeling.

There were no railings to hold onto getting into any of the pools for (let?s say), older guests.

The room and shared areas were beautiful. The staff was friendly and our cleaning person was super friendly and helpful.

I first got assigned a mold odor bedroom, I have to go back front desk to be swapped to another room

I had stayed at this hotel on previous trips, it used to be pleasant. I would not recommend it now, nor will I stay there again. The hotel needs a major update, the staff seems to need one as well.

Gorgeous site- water color, snorkel site, pools, staff. Food. Great attention to detail

Ocean views in common areas & great snorkeling immediately out back. Food & cocktails were great as was the staff. Great pool areas and chill music. Not too big; feels private. Yoga, DJs, this hotel provides a lot especially for the value!

Keycards sometimes failed, but staff was able to immediately correct.

Hotel B is an amazing, beautiful place! The view was stunning all around the property. It exceeded our expectations by far. The staff were so considerate and always had a smile with every visitor. They were prompt with any questions or requests.

The staff was wonderful! Hotel employee went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. The hotel was very clean and they seemed to be making improvements and doing upkeep during our whole stay. Everyone we interacted with was very friendly.

The shower leaked. The noise from the construction was anoying but to be expected.

This lovely boutique hotel met all of our expectations and then some. Wow! Situated on the most beautiful coral reef with infinity pool and hot tub. View of ocean was to die for. Food and drinks excellent. Great hospitality! Can jump right in to snorkel!

More towels and better quality towels. Also would have liked coffee in the room every day. They told us first night was complementary and then you had to ask maid for which did not always happen due to language challenges.

The staff was amazing. Always had a smile on their face and were ready to help out with anything. The food at the hotel restaurant is fantastic and very flavorful.

We got 2 days with extremely hot water and we couldn't have a shower. They didn't change the sheets and towels once.

Gorgeous ocean view, great breakfast, efficient and helpful staff, lots of comfortable poolside seating and easy sea access, overall very good value. An extensive restaurant menu and delicious.meals.

Not a new hotel, rooms are showing their age, but upkeep is very good.

The property is amazing, we went snorkeling right in front of the hotel and it was a great experience. They have hammocks and various places to seat right in front of the ocean.

The water in the rooms would come out very hot even from the cold tap. But this is minimal compared to the whole experience.
