    Pros +

    • Great hotel clean and great staff. The food was very good at both Mole and the Fish House.
    • Excellent service and cleanliness. The hotel has a very good positive vibe!
    • My significant other and I had a wonderful stay at Melia. We were there a week, and we spent much of our time enjoying the bar next to the beach. Enrique makes some excellent margaritas. Most of the food is delicious but watch out for the habanero sauce!

    Cons -

    • The beach is on the north most end and has very little protection on a windy day. The only other complaint is the jacuzzi takes for ever to fill up and by the time you do there is no hot water and you have a cold jacuzzi.
    • There was a musty smell in my room severe enough that I had to sleep with the sliding doors wide open and the AC off, otherwise I couldn¿t breathe.
    • Nothing we didn’t like

‘‘Tis was a wonderful hotel. The staff was amazing. They were kind and always helpful. The beach was great with calmer waters and velvet sand. Food was very good they also had lots of activities if you wanted.

    Nothing we didn’t like

Extremely friendly staff. Very Clean. Bed was comfortable. Room was spacious with a nice view of the ocean. We were offered the opportunity to upgrade to a tower room upon arrival. Amenities were amazing. Food and drinks were very good.

The hotel was amazing, just wish there wasn't so much seaweed in the ocean in front of the hotel.

    Great service and friendly/helpful staff

Hotel was nice and clean but it looked a lot better in the Internet pics

Staff was excellent!Food was decent for an all inclusive

Be careful with the time share people. I choose the free golf and it was far from free.Negotiate hard before you commit to listen to them! This is an older hotel but its overall a good value

The view was awesome, The beach was beautiful. The pools were warm. Love the swim up bar.The drinks were ok.. but I suggest you stick to beer or rum and coke.. they use a lot of bottom shelf alcohol and that's how you get sick.

The food-not very good. For best options stick to the fresh fruit. For Breakfast do the omelette or fried eggs. For lunch/dinner the grilled meat is best. I suggest the beef steak and ask for it WELL DONE, also ask for Tortillas and you can make tacos.

Hotel was clean, room was updated, and staff was courteous.

The food was subpar for an all inclusive resort. In order to get into the specialty restaurants you had to stand in line to make a reservation. The water stays muddy along the beachfront due to a rock pier at the resort next to the Melia.
