Santa Rita Hotel del Arte

Staff was friendly courteous competent. Decor was absolutely amazing, marble floors, beautiful staircase, excellent dining room.

The hotel is centrally located. The period facade belies the modern interior. I had a room with a terrace. The bed was very comfortable, lots of hot water and heating and cooling. Breakfast was good.

In the heart of the historic district. The rooms are comfortable and breakfast is nicely served.

This is an exceptional hotel and everyone in our group enjoyed their stay immensely. The rooms are beautifully appointed and spotlessly clean. The staff are wonderful, friendly, and helpful. The location is superb. Excellent value for money.

Super clean, they cleaned my room every day and stocked up the towels and changed the sheets. I enjoyed the breakfast and the spa .

Location is excellent. Walking distance to shops and right in the heart of the city. Breakfast was very good. Staff very nice.

The fridge was not working but they made accommodations.

It’s next to the cathedral in the center of town. A Christmas tradition takes place there when children and families gather for the release of artificial snow.

There was a short flight of stairs to the lobby from the street with no apparent way to avoid some stairs.

Location is excellent! The view from the top terrace is AMAZING!!

Bathroom had a funny smell. Also the water in the shower did not drain right and you found yourself standing in a big puddle of water. Also the refrigerator in the room did not work.

Great atmosphere, lovely accommodations, perfect location.

We had a party of 4 rooms. One morning part of the group had the complimentary breakfast and then an hour later one person from the first group joined members of the rest of the group back at the table and had a bowl of menudo. Apparently you can only eat once and the second group was charged for having an extra person.

Rooms were not very soundproof.I don't know if this is the case for all rooms, but ours did not have a window towards the outside.

Our refrigerator was not working.

The staff were very attentive and it was in a great location.

It took two full days for the coffee shop in the same building to fix at least two smoke alarms that were chirping. Who knows how long they were chirping, but they were when I arrived and two nights into my stay and it was very problematic and bothersome. It seems that no staff or guests found it concerning and that was in and of itself concerning!

The property is a downtown location. It’s in a beautiful area walkable to everything that you need. Very artsy old area of Zacatecas extremely beautiful with beautiful views of the cathedral and the hillside.

I liked most things about the hotel but, strangely enough there is no bar… And the gym is a little small

The room with the balcony was very noisy due to a local party but seems that was only that specific date.
