Website showed there was a pool and we were looking forward to it, and there was no pool. They told us it was at another Baruk location . Window was broke so we requested to be moved to another room, ice machine was out of service

The location was excellent because it was near downtown and next to the Teleférico.

The shower was kind of small.

The bed was really comfortable and perfect location walking distance from downtown. Staff really attentive and kind, and breakfast delicious.

I found two cockroaches one alive and the other one dead under the sink in the restroom. I talked to the manager about it and said we gonna check and see what happened …

extremely disappointed

Stayed 4 nights, no hot water each time we went to shower. Maintenance came once and fixed problem, each other time told purged system which made water lukewarm, last time maintenance said they would check system and never bothered to come back. Expressed my dissatisfaction to front desk who said they would speak to manager, who was in a meeting, about compensation, ie: future stay at no cost, it’s been 5 days and have yet to hear from anyone.

Location ok, near the "Mina and the teleferic"

The rooms had the AC out of service, had to request my money back and look for additional option, front desk person was aware of situation prior completing registration and still didn't mention anything, took a whole hour to solve situation and get money back.

The location was excellent and the size of the room. The onsite restaurant was also excellent as well as the staff.

The bathroom had an odor that smelled, and it was probable because it could have had better ventilation. It was an old dirty water odor. The shower drain was very slow and if you ran the water for more than 10 minutes, it would possibly flood the toilet area.

Breakfast was excellent but very expensive. Staff, especially Eduardo, was exceptionally helpful and gracious.

The bed was a bit firm for my husband.

The location

The hotel is very run compared to our visit 5 years ago. The bathroom shower was so filthy. The toilet and sink would clog continuously. There were bugs. Overall it lacked cleaning. Would not recommend.

The disccount i got at booking was amazing, the place was really pretty and the room was pretty big and had a fridge, microwave, coffee machine and heater

The water was cold and never came hot, the weather was pretty cold outside so i needed the hot water

The room we were assigned, had nothing in common with the photos (looks like they gave us a room without remodeling), old and worn.At the check in it turned out that we need to pay 1000 pesos deposit, for which we had to go to the center to cash the money.

The width of the showers were kind of small.

The hotel is superb. It has direct access to the cable car. Fabulous views of the city too. Rooms are very luxurious.
