The food on their restaurant..plus they have a beautiful patio with a fountain in it.

One night there was music too late por early birds..

The location in the center of the city makes this an accessible property. It is within walking distance of most points of interest in the city's historical and cultural attractions.

The room was not very clean, and I found hair from previous guests in the room. I also found body hair in the shower and the toilet.

It is very central for walking to all the old historical sites. Also underground secure parking. Very nice beds and sheets and room furnishings.

Close to everything.

Very good location with 24 hour staff care. Comfortable bed. Facility and services are convenient for both leisure and work. We conducted a few business meetings in the hotel and the meeting rooms are wonderful.

Overall feel, great staff, beautiful hotel, perfect location

Property itself was great except with an issues with check in which was supposed to be at 3 pm but 1 room wasn’t going to be ready until like 3:30 ish and the other wasn’t ready until 6 pm because of an issue with the door. Plus I didn’t get what I reserved. I reserved a room on the 2nd floor and a room on the 3rd floor because of the views but I got a room on the 2nd floor and a room on the 4th floor which didn’t have the view reserved. I was in communication with the hotel days prior to my stay and was assured everything was in order until the day of check in and it wasn’t nothing could be done because the hotel was fully booked

The carpet in the hallways seemed over used and odorous.

Great location

The room was reserved for two people and should have included two breakfasts. Because I failed to add the 2nd party’s name to the reservation, they would not honor the 2nd free breakfast.

The property is very outdated we canceled the stay and pay just for one night and found accommodation at a nearby hotel. Very old hotel need to be renovated.

I like the area, place it’s beautiful

This is the second time we stayed here first time was excellent. Second time not much, room was clean but old sheets, missing some vanity supplies. Our waiters was not polite and he didn’t attended our table, we have to ask for everything all the time and we feel that he was not very nice. Overall the hotel is nice and we will stay there again

The atmosphere and the location, as well as the holiday spirit was so nice and breathtaking

In the room near the lobby, there were alot of yelling from children, which I don't really mind, but the open windows didn't have much for noise cancelation, so it was a bit hard to sleep at midnight
