Good location, parking, impressive construction

Remote control too hard to operate! The fans are old, fan blades bended over time and humidity. Repair, clean or replace recommended. Shoe prints on wall by bed.

Old no privacy expensive just to old and no hit waster no hair blow dryer you can hear everything through the thin walls

Tv ( not a smart tv) only some local channels, no A/C, closed bar, no ice machine, breakfast area dark & cold, pool area is far & unwelcoming, ?

Elevator has been out of order for years per other reviews I’ve read. The water fall when on smells like pure chlorine and they need to address the spider issues. Booking please go make a anonymous visit to see these conditions

Great location in town!I did enjoy the reading area in the lobby, and the people were very nice.

Our room was the FURTHEST from the entrance, in the very back by the alley, where outside our bedroom window people gathered at night by the entrance to the pool hall there. It seemed odd that they put us there even though we saw almost no other guests.Also, the room had no charm, just all blank white walls.

A very large and central hotel. We were given a room on the main floor with a door onto the main atrium. We prefer an outside view so they moved us up to the 3rd floor with a wonderful view on a small square. The breakfast is wonderful. When we were the only guests in the restaurant we ordered from a menu. When there were more people they set up a buffet. We especially liked the parakeets that were around corner from our room. Very central location. Free parking.

The location and the spacious rooms were the best. Personnel at the front desk respond well, except for the night of my check-in.

The night of my arrival the gentleman at the front desk couldn’t find my reservation promptly. He didn’t hear me when I said that I had a reservation number by Booking, and he said he allegedly hadn’t to know about my reservation because he was only at the front desk. Come on! If you’re at a front desk you should have in front of you all reservations. He finally went into another room and printed it out. Also they should put more towels at the bath. I only get one small towel although I was staying with another person and they should have known cause I reserve for two people. Towels and linen should be renovated. They aren’t in good shape.

Perfect location, walking distance to Centro, parking, nice view on a park from room 212, good shower, nice colonial architecture, nice interior court, good quality/price ratio,

Very poor wifi signal, outsides restaurant/bar very noisy on Saturday night till 2h00 AM.
