Hampton Inn by Hilton Zacatecas

It is very clean I like the location as Will also the breakfast included with the reservation is delicious

I'm afraid the hostes at the counter was a little Bad mannered at me and I didn't like her attention

Hilton hotel never disappoints, and the breakfasts were awesome. Excellent staff also

Food in the hotel restaurant is overpriced.

Friendly and professional staff.

Spotless and attentive staff

Everything

Loved it

This hotel exceeded my expectations at every level. Attention to detail, great customer service. Staff's priority is you.

All was great

Clean and comfortable

Towels were not soft at all and the room had no hair dryer.

It’s easy access, near the main roads to downtown and to airport, very secure

It’s was all good

Clean place all the way around from the parking, to the lobby and to the room clean comfort place to stay. And a security for outside roof luggage so you won't take it down a plus

Beds were very comfortable, felt safe, and liked the parking.

Location. It wasn't in the Centro, where you can walk to everything.

Everything was perfect. Very good price, smooth checkin and checkout, clean and confortable rooms, nice breakfast.

I liked everything.

Modern and clean room. Great shower and good breakfast.

Staff was friendly and the room was very clean and modern

Everything was great maybe breakfast could be better

Location was great to get around

Parking garage door to enter to lobby was close ad to go in thru the stairs with our logged one toilet paper in the room

It’s clean and has security on site , its near Starbucks and Carls Jr. 12 minutes drive to airport.

The gentleman who handled our luggage was friendly, professionally and very service oriented. It helped after laying my father to rest.

Clean and neat, friendly staff and good buffet

A little far away from the city center but they compensate it with shuttle service.

Clean and comfortable.

There were no facial towels . Also, no transportation available at hand, such as complimentary provided by the hotel to close areas, i.e., Galeria shopping center, etc

the place was nice and clean

1sti had dinner with my family that live in zacatecas in the hotel. we had a party of 15 people.the dinner was brought out very poorly. some of the party were done eating while some of us were still waitingfor our food. i understand this is a hotel not a restaurant, if you can not handle a party that large, then why take a reservation that large.2ndwhen i spoke to staff on the phone about a shuttle to the airport for drop off she said it was fine i just had to make the reservation for shuttle at check in. when i arrived to check in i told the young lady about the shuttle, she told me the shuttle was not available at that time, she then offered a taxi to the airport that i had to pay. the next morning while in the lobby waiting for taxi i noticed the hotel shuttle bus, i asked the driver about the shuttle service to the airport he then told me that it wasn't available because he had to do a pick up of the staff for the morning shift. he did tell me that he does shuttle to the airport, but he doesn't pick up from the airport because the license plates on the bus will not allow the shuttle bus in the pick up area.
