Comfortable bed.

The room had no AC. Room got hot during the day. The had a fan in the room. After bringing attention to the staff, he said the AC unit was broke.

Very clean room. Staff was very friendly & helpful! Breakfast was delicious & always fresh. Great location!!

The elevator was not working, had to walk up & down 2 flight of stairs every time we left & returned. No heater in room, cold nights. Was not made aware of portable heaters avail for use until last night.

The free breakfast was yogurt, fruits, juice, bread and coffee. Staff was very nice! Wasn't on a main road which made it quiet at night. Is just one block from the busy streets. Absolutely comfortable and clean. Modern interior.

Heavier weights in the gym would be amazing but not needed.

Nice hotel right next to the cathedral and major landmarks in Zacatecas. Staff are nice and helpful.

Excellent continental breakfast. The hotel was located in the center of the historical area - with secure, free parking across the street.

It was in a good location close to the historic part of the city within walking distance to many of the tourist attractions.

I found no problems with the property.

The location was fabulous. The breakfast was charming. The staff was amazingly helpful and kind. They consistently went out of their way to assist. The room was beyond our expectations. It was absolutely spotless, the furnishings were beautiful and the bed was comfortable. Even the lobby was pretty. I did not want to leave. It was our favorite hotel in Mexico!

Great location, very quiet, clean, bed was comfortable, secure parking across the street, good internet, for a continental breakfast you got a lot.

The only issue was there was no hot water at times.

It was very close to the centro, walking distance!! Safe neighborhood and about a 20 min walk from el Cerro de La Buffa.

Really nothing I did not like, except i asked for two beds and got only one.

As a single woman traveling alone, I felt very safe in this hotel. The location was very secure. Additionally, the room (and hotel as a whole) were exceptionally clean. The staff was courteous, helpful, and professional. Having wifi and parking included for no additional cost was also a plus! Overall, exceptional experience.
