No windows in the room & it was very stuffy & humid inside the room. Also, the tv did not work & it was blurry

Everything!!! If I could rate this experience as a 15 or 20 I would! Beautiful location, magnificent 400 year old hotel, beautifully restored. Extremely helpful staff. I didn¿t want to leave!

Unfortunately there is a bar next door that plays music- but the ambiance of the hotel far outweighs the noise.

This property was beautiful. My family loved it. Will stay in the future when back in Zacatecas.

Wish it had a 24hour convenience store or vending machine on property to purchase drinks or snacks.

Location was great, this hotel is literally located in downtown. Staff is very nice and helpful. We definitely want to stay here again for future visits

Wifi was ok, but not great, it wouldn’t work unless you were in the bathroom area.

The hotel is nice. This is the 4th time we have stayed there.

I reserved a Superior Suite with a mountain view and patio. We were given a standard room with two double beds upon check-in. When we went down to show our receipt for the SUPERIOR SUITE and description -- the front desk person said our room was a superior suite. We did not have a sitting area (only a straight-back desk chair), a patio, only a view of a very busy street. The check in person kept insisting we had what the hotel considered a suite. When I told him we had stayed 3 times previously and stayed in a Jr. Suite which was much nicer and bigger and cheaper. He then said he would try to get us a refund. We didn't want a refund we wanted the room that we reserved *months* in advance and was paid for through Booking days before. We are a senior couple and the nicer room with a sitting area was very important to us for a 4 day stay.The hotel did not offer a refund or a better room. We had asked to speak with the manager. We only saw the check in person one more time when he was dealing with some kind of electrical or technology crisis. The manager must not exist.

The staff, was excellent. Carlos our waiter was very friendly and professional.

There wasn't anything negative.

No parking spot hot hotel. The only parking ispot is like 50 yards away from the hotel and I had to drive my truck to the parking lot cause nobody took it for me. When I check out, I have to carry my luggage all the way to the parking lot because no spot to park my truck in front of the hotel. Plus the personal sucks they barely help you. They always with bad attitude. They only good person. The hotel has its the keychain guys. I give a 10 only to those guys.

Location very good.

Loud music across the street a bar on 2 floor . they play music very loud to 11-12 midnight.

Location, cleanliness and friendly staff

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast was very good. Free parking was available

Although the breakfast was consistently good, having a few more options would be appreciated.

We loved everything about our stay. the staff, location, rooms, breakfast was great. it is right in the city center. lots of food, shops and restaurants nearby. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The location couldn’t be better. It’s surrounded by shops and restaurants and great for walking. Very safe

Not too many options but it was fresh and tasty! 4,5/5

The room had no heating and the january nights was a bit cold! If you leave the air conditioning on heat, your throat will dry out. Apart from that, everything was super ok

just a suggestion to include different breakfasts and possible restaurant and bar . we enjoyed eating out and trying different foods, but to have something close would have been nice. but what i had for breakfast was delicious.

I liked that breakfast that was included and the options they gave you. The location is perfect right in the middle if town and close to many museums, shopping, restraunts, & points of interest.

I think a Spa & Jacuzzi or swimming pool or small bar would be a good addition. Somewhere to socialize.

The location of the Hotel was perfect right in the center of walking distance to downtown.

The only thing was the street noise you can hear all night people walking by and especially the police cars sirens. It was a Saturday night that we stayed there were some festivities happening around the downtown area I didn’t know about . But I would definitely stay again beds were very comfy and the room was very spacious.

I loved the structure of the building and the staff, very polite and everyone super helpful.

I wish they had a gym. Overall location amazing includes the parking.

Everything is really nice, this is the second time staying here, you will find a lot of things in walking distance. The rooms are beautiful and clean.

We really liked the Spanish style architecture and prime location in the middle of town.

Not everyone had a free breakfast included.
