With easy access to Mérida's main roads, this hacienda-style hotel is just a 3-minute drive from Mérida Airport and 10 minutes from the center of town. It has grounds with an outdoor pool and hammock zone. The hotel’s La Noria Restaurant serves traditional Mexican and International-style meals. There are tables and chairs on the grounds where you can enjoy a drink. The air-conditioned rooms at the Hacienda Inn Aeropuerto feature flat-screen cable TV, free Wi-Fi and a telephone. The rooms also feature a coffee maker, purified bottle water and a work desk. Each one has a private bathroom that has a hairdryer. Wi-Fi is also free in public areas. There are also 2 computers in the lobby that guests can use for free. Complimentary on-site parking is also available.

- Everything was clean and simple, and the hotel staff were friendly.
- The pool was nice and the proximity to the airport was great for us.
- Location, safety, and cleanliness
Cons -
- A patch of dark mold was regrowing in the bathroom from the last cleaning. There is a big sign that said something like: Caution, cancer and reproductive harm risk in the building, yikes! I got charged an extra $100 deposit with little explanation.
- There were a lot of bugs (gnats) in our room. The hotel staff came in with a bug zapper to help clear them out, and there were still bugs. The security guard kept us up zapping bugs outside all night. Barely slept.
- The water smells terrible. Could not and would not take a shower or anything else. Bathroom smelled, had to open bathroom window to ventilate.
