- The place is really nice. The staff are competent, professional, and are truly concerned that the experience of their guests is flawless.
Cons -
- Front desk kept my driver license at check in and made no effort to return it until I noticed it missing, and didnt even appologize. Reception wasnt welcoming upon arrival to hotel.
- room service
- The ambient lighting in the room made it difficult to read at night...other than that the time I spent at Hotel Palacio Maya was really quite nice.
