The staff was extremely nice and accommodating. The place is beautiful, the photos make no justice to it. The restaurant was top-notch! For example, they bring planters with the herbs growing in them for their fresh infusions. Awesome food too.

It would be nice if they could have mini fridges in the rooms. We really needed one (we were traveling with a baby and needed to store breast milk).

Exceptional stay considering the age of the facility. The place is so well-cared for and the staff is very well-trained and responsive. It's like the way it used to be in the world, when service was excellent; staff went the extra mile. This place is exceptional that way, stands out. Right down to how the napkins are folded, how the rooms are cleaned and set for the day, the volume and type of music in the lobby, the parking attendant, how the ladies' room is maintained in the lobby---everything counts, everything matters. The breakfast is amazing. I hope it always stays that way. They should lead workshops on how to do it! Only demerit for Comfort Inn Cordoba is accessing a reliable wi-fi signal in the morning. They are trying to improve the situation by adding channels, but it is not enough, as their pipeline in the morning is overloaded. Pro-tip: if you are planning on doing any business on the internet from your room, do it at night. Like all hotels, there is the usual collection of plastic-coated, standing signs all over the room, infantilizing all of us guests, shaking the finger, scolding to be told what we can and can't do in the room and what we should do with our towel. Please. Can we stop this nonsense? Perhaps produce a little funny 15-second video that appears when people turn on the tv. Everybody turns on the tv. Because really--I'm pretty sure we all know by now what to do with our towel to save the world one towel at a time, thanks.But that is really my rant, probably not a bother for other people. I highly recommend Comfort Inn Cordoba. If you miss the old days when service was good, stay here. I never write these and I typically HATE hotels, can you tell? LOL.

The breakfast included was pretty good and the staff at the restaurant are very kind and friendly. They get to know what you like and make sure you're happy. The rooms are also nice and relatively clean.

Our key card kept disabling, and we had to come back downstairs to have it reactivated. No one's fault but extremely annoying.

Underground parking to keep your car cool, roof restaurant with afordable pricing, great breakfast options, nice garden with pool

The facilities are very clean. All the staff was very polite and friendly, specially the restaurant waiters. What we liked most was the breakfast, one of the best I’ve had!

Excellent location, the hotel is very well maintained and the rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. The whole staff makes you feel at home, the restaurant serves delicious meals at very reasonable prices.

It is kind of noisy.

It is a lovely Hotel - Beautiful gardens - The entire Staff are excellent - the breakfast was amazing - we really enjoyed our stay there and will book it again in the future. Our room was wonderful - comfortable and quiet - the upstairs Bar/Restaurant has beautiful views - the Waiters were superb! upstairs and downstairs - very attentive . The parking is completely covered - we had an issue with our car battery and several Staff stepped right in to assist us - we so appreciated their help!

Gym matter, no gym in location, you have to go out of hotel for gym, that external gym doesn’t give towels

Great staff and breakfast. We wanted to check the pool but the weather wasn't at its best. Also, we would like to visit when the restaurant remodeling is done. Breakfast was very good and vast.

Excellent location. Hotel was great and clean. Breakfast was absolutely amazing for such a great price.

My wife has a service dog. They asked 500 pesos extra for him, which was the first hotel in Mexico and the USA that asked us for him. In addition to the extra fee, she was not able to take him anywhere inside the hotel, only to the room. That’s a service dog, not a pet. And like any other place - hotel, restaurant, mall etc that respects service dogs, this one didn’t. And this will be the only reason why I wouldn’t go back. Will not recommend to travellers with service dogs or pets. Will recommend the ones who don’t own a pet or don’t handle a service dog.

it’s not walking distance to town

I was very grateful to check-in early in order to settle in before going to my event on time; the locationis great for walking into town and around the neighbourhood; the reception and housekeeping staff were very accommodating and met my every request for early check-in, extra water, coffee, etc. with a smile; and the breakfast is always fresh and tasty, with great selections.

I like to move around/workout in my room, but it was a bit tight. Not a complaint as the room size was sufficient otherwise!
