- Clean, room with everything you need, staff really friendly
- Super. clean, updated and easy to find.
Cons -
- The 350 peso pet fee, which was the second highest we’ve encountered. And the staff was rude. There were 7-8 people standing around behind the front desk and service was still slow/mediocre.
- Everything was fine.

A clean, modern, and well-maintained hotel. The rooms were comfortable, aesthetic, and spacious.
Nothing to state, really. Everything was OK.
Clean. Secure underground parking.
Construction in the room next door. Large security deposit that still has not been refunded. Checkout was a hassle. Staff was rude and pushy.
Great service and breakfast buffet
Location with road closures
Easy access from highway, about 15 minute walk from central plaza. Safe secure parking. Amply spacious room. Generous breakfast buffet.
All good.

The breakfast was ok, could be better.
The housekeeping lady, front desk, bell boy, and manager are exceptional!

Clean rooms, food, and staff
The hotel is clean, the service is good. We will be staying there again later this week.
big nice room. clean and well accessorized
the pillows are not the best. but the bed is very comfortable
Beautiful clean modern hotel.
Beautiful spacious room with comfortable beds and seating for relaxing. Coffee machine. Awesome bathroom with huge shower and plenty of water pressure and hot water. Breakfast buffet was plentiful and staff friendly and attentive. Internet worked well. We didn't use the TV but there was a huge channel list. The window looks out to a beautiful green park with lovely trees.
The price was a bit high considering the pool was empty.
