Paris FC Hotel

Hotel is centrally located in poza rica. It has a very nice and helpful front desk staff but very few others in the hotel speak english, which was odd for such a tourist heavy area. The hotel is fine, but it is in no way a 4*.

The hotel did not come close to living up to its star rating or price. There were less expensive options in the area that are far nicer.

Good location

unfortunately there is a clock in the front that will make noise into your room all the time with different songs, windows are not sound proof so is very very noise (traffic, claxon etc….)

The staff is amazing, all supports in a way you feel at home. The restaurant staff has a honor mention. They are extremely nice, polite and always searching to give you their best

Well, the entrance for the parking is very complicate. I appreciate the valet parking because the vehicle's ramp is very inclined

Staff was amazing and facilities were great.

The ramp for the underground parking was steep for our motorcycles and it rained. But that's about it.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast option was a great add-on.

The hotel needs some upgrades like the carpet in the hallway. Also, the ramp that leads to the underground parking is very steep. The administration should consider fixing it as many cars were having issues getting out without hitting the under side of their car including us.

I like that the property is located within walking distance to restaurants, stores and nearby bars. Great location .Staff was VERY friendly . Breakfast was delicious

The carpet in the room is old and dirty and has a mildew smell , the AC was missing the cover

Very spacious room, comfy beds, big shower, work desk.

Horrible view, the AC is incredibly loud, so loud that even when the neighbors have theirs on you hear it like it's in your own room, and of course my neighbors had it always on even at night. Old TV that doesn't support Netflix or other streaming services.

Bell staff and driver were very professional and helpful. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Internet was spotty but was immediately addressed by technical staff.

Front desk staff could do with extra training. Power outlets in the room were inconvenient and not fully functional. The stand out though was terrible service in the restaurant, dine elsewhere!! The food was terrible and badly presented.
