Hotel employee was wonderful and a great problem solver.

Old air conditioners. We had to move because it didn¿t work.

For starters the staff at the front desk was not at the best a rent and because I didn¿t pull up to the curve I move the car up about 3 inches it was in issue with them only a few car park at the lot (3 to 4 ) the pool was dirty the gym was close

Nothing, really.

Very basic. The place smells like cheap detergents everywhere, especially when entering the rooms. No hot water in the shower, and very weak water pressure.

Always a pleasure staying here. So convenient to many stores and restaurants and also a few minutes from the airport.

The breakfast was pretty good. Checkin was smooth.

The rooms are pretty basics. WiFi didn’t work in rooms (stayed two different times) so don’t count on that. I feel like the price is too high.

Cleanest, room need to fumigation, beds has little insects, for huminity in the room belive, price is high for what they offer..

When when the staff saw them one of us had a broken foot, they immediately changed our assigned room OK without ask so that we did not have to go to an upper floor

Excellent stay!

The air conditioner in the lobby and in the cafeteria do not work. Terrible. It was 41 degrees Celsius with a wind chill of 47 degrees Celsius.

Incredibly overpriced for a very poor experience

I paid a lot of money for the room to have a bad smell, the gym facility to have ALL 3 machines broken (and the AC didn't work), and for the front desk to not even call our room when our delivery food arrived (so we lost it, and couldn't eat). This is not the quality I expected from a Mariott, and certainly not what I expected for the price.

Location, very easy for travelling via the carretera. Decent room, clean, comfortable. Breakfast included.

Breakfast was ok. No Netflix on the TV

Very helpful staff. Unwell at 3am and needed a change of bedding. The night staff gladly replaced everything. Good breakfast. Plenty of fresh fruit. Good parking. Close to shops & eateries.

Walls thin.

The hotel was in an area not to far from the highway. The lot security was fantastic

The overall feel of the facility felt impersonal and corporate.

The bed is confortable. The Staff is welcoming and helpful. The breakfast is nice to have.

WIFI is terrible. But if you are on a lower floor it might be better. We specifically mentioned we needed a room with excellent WIFI as we needed to work. It was so bad that my husband was not even able to use his computer. I had to get an ethernet cable and struggled.
