Most of the desk reps are very rude there was no hot water, I got 5 rooms for a wedding and they told me check in was at 12:00 leaving at 15:00 but when my family arrived the next day they told them that they had to wait in the lobby until 15:00

Most of the desk reps are very rude there was no hot water, I got 5 rooms for a wedding and they told me check in was at 12:00 leaving at 15:00 but when my family arrived the next day they told them that they had to wait in the lobby until 15:00
