The location of the hotel. Close to attractions and college.
Location was excellent!

Cons -

Really loud neighborhood.
Although there were no smoking signs, the hallways smelled like smoke. Hoping the room was not smoky, it smelled a bit like smoke.

After checked in, I found that the door would not lock. I called the front desk and requested a room change. They said no, and sent Maintanance person. Maintanance person confirm that the lock was not working. So dangerous and lacking security and safety.
