- Hands down, the best hotel in Villahermosa. Clean, comfortable and very well managed.
- Large room. Air conditioning worked well and quietly. Comfortable beds. Nice restaurant. Service staff were attentive. Mini bar and snacks in room were well stocked. Elegant pool and property. Easy parking. Bottled drinking water was provided.

- There are steps leading to the bathtub. We were very careful and did not fall, but the risk was great.
