- This has been one of the worst hotel experiences ever! Will never return. The owner is a bean counter who looks for reasons not to give service but to make more money by not providing the normal services anyone would expect from the Hyatt. Horiible!!
- Excellet location
- Quiet. Good restaurant. Nice pool.
Cons -
- They wouldnâ≢t even offer housekeeping saying it was for our security. We have to call for hot water, towels. Plumbing doesnâ≢t work. Rude employees. Funny how every other hotel still offers house cleaning. We checked, four other hotels.
- The hotel is a little bit old.
- Wanted to have 5 year old grandaughter who was staying at familys house in town come to the hotel to use the pool. Was told by hotel staff not possible. Ordered some drinks one night from room service, never showed up, fell asleep waiting.
