The hotel and room were great, the location not so good. Not really in a location to go for a walk, no sidewalks, an industrial area.
Quiet and comfy

Cons -

Reception card readers were down and were not accommodating when I told them I did not have cash in hand to pay for room. Additionally, the next day when checking out was accused of taking a missing pillow from room which was later found on the floor.
Frankly, I was disappointed with the buffet. I felt it was over-priced and the food was mediocre.
Nowhere to exercuse and poop dog it seemed.

Quiet and comfy

Good location, close to the biggest shopping mall in Hermosillo, very clean, the buffet is awesome and at a really good price and they have breakfast, lunch and dinner everyday at $140 pesos (around $7.50 dollars) per person to guests

Definitely not 4 stars, maybe 3 and a half, non of the suites or regular rooms have a tub, the phone never worked and they lied when trying to fix it, offered to change room but it was late at night, staff was not the friendliest like we are used to in US
