Helpful man at the desk. He translated his Spanish to English for me, and gave me extra blankets that night. The woman at the desk called a taxi for me also. Very helpful staff...and hot shower.
Was good just de ac wasent work good enough, Also the parking spots are to small and cars make contact with doors Even though I did not park a car I would be tinking twice before I park a vehicle there.r Thanks for your attention.
Is near to the hospital, but is not recomendable because they not respect the guest sleep.

Cons -

the noise, there was a party of motoclicles at 3:00 am in the hotel and we ask the reception to request the people in the party to slow down. but they didnt do enything.
Everything was good until some new arrivals at 2 in the morning. Staff was not willing to ask them to be quiet. We left at 5 am because sleeping was not possible
