- Front desk staff amazing, breakfast great Luisa its awesome
- Very friendly and helpful staff, capsule area is kept quiet so you can get a good night sleep
Cons -
- The capsule was quite cold and you couldnt adjust the temperature. I had set on the highest (30degrees) but it was still cold. The bed also doesnt have a top sheet or blanket, you have to ask for one from the front desk and when I asked for two blankets because I was cold they told me it was a limit of one blanket per capsule. I thought this very strange as I couldnt make it any warmer. I eventually got two and slept great but this was a little uncomfortable.
