Staff were understanding when i complained about poor wifi connection and changed my room with better connection. Previous room was cleaner and better.

Yes. The rooms in the hotel have no pasadores or chains to prevent someone from entering opening the door completely
The bathroom had an unpleasant smell and needs to be cleaned properly. There was no hot water. My trip was short so i didnt complain.
