The pools were nasty. The timeshare employees were very persistent. Not what you want to deal with while on vacation

My son and I, couldn't make reservations at different restaurants, for the same day. He wanted to eat something different but once you book, a person, the app doesn't allow for another booking.

The different pools that you could use were terrible. The service was very slow and they kept running out of everything. Also, to get bottled water was almost impossible. The restaurants were booked up daily as well.

The location. The lazy River

Crowds. Line ups. Lack of amenities- no shampoo, no shower gel, 1 very small cake of soap for the whole stay. Room smelled musty.

Paid for star class and did not get that level or service we paid for. food was not great and had to eat buffet for dinner alot since no reservations

Good amenities, excellent location, good food in the buffet restaurants, very nice Pools.

Dining in lacarte restaurants have limited selection and quality. Main buffet restaurant closed for lunch. Alcohol selection is limited.

Checking was a mess, we waited 5 hours to get our room, our kids were tired and fell as sleep in the waiting area. We also had an issue with the room , the power went off a couple of times .

Loved our personal assistant! He overly welcomed us! Booked all of our reservations every night! Went over and beyond to help look and find a iguana for my daughter to see! Any questions I had whatsoever he was there with answers!

Might need a humidifier in the room we stayed in! It was very humid and ac might not have been powerful enough!

Besides the front desk staff at the star check in.. all other employees were great

They could not resolve any issues I had tons of extra charges And no resolutions False advertising room views We were suppose to have ocean view .. but that non existence for most part. So dont waist you money No star service No ocean view room

Amazing hotel, amazing location, beautiful beach and very helpful staff including our awesome butlers Trinidad and Juan!

Food quality was just OK comparing to some other high-end hotels, especially if someone needs gluten free options. Some meals were excellent, but not all. We had a water outage in the building, which was a little inconvenient (one evening). There was a long line to get custom coffee, with an option to pour regular coffee without the line, but the regular coffee was usually empty with about a 20 minute wait to have it refilled. We had star class, so we started getting coffee in the other building (23 I think) - and that was awesome with no wait - we definitely recommend “star class”. No place is perfect, and this hotel is not full 5 stars, but a solid 4,5, and definitely one of the best in Cancun for people who have children - we highly recommend it!

There was plenty to do for both adults & kids during the day & evenings.

We did have a room that was extremely on the musty side. We had requested a dehumidifier right away when we arrived like many comments have posted. We had to dump that dehumidifier bucket numerous times when we were in the room and at least four times through the middle of the night. Towards the last couple days of our stay, it got really musty in there and humid, and our clothes in our suitcases became damp and started acquiring a smell.

The resort was nice very kid-friendly.

The rooms need a little updating. The two rooms I had had a smell to them and one of them had a humidifier in it going. I also didn't like the fact that you can't get a reservation at certain places during your stay due to others already having them booked even when it's your first day there.

Food and service

Pool was warm Some restaurants were too hot in their buildings

Everyone was welcoming friendly and the food was wonderful . The room looked exactly like the picture.

The buffet should have more breakfast items

The physical property was amazing, clean, and has a ton of potential. The staff were always extremely attentive and helpful.

Everything was an up charged despite the facility being an "all inclusive", The drinks were definitely diluted, the staff would bombard guests when they first arrive to the property and try to up sell as much as they can, the shows were mediocre, and the night life was almost non-existant.

The property is beautiful and very well maintained. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The variety of pools and lazy river were great. The Japanese restaurant was very good. Buffet had a nice range of selection.

Size. This resort is massive. It’s a long walk to get to most of the restaurants. There is a shortage of pool chairs and you have to get up super early to reserve chairs. It’s also difficult to get dinner reservations before 8PM.

A great respect for kids! The pools were great (although a bit cold). Entertainment was excellent. Great drinks and service.

The pull out couch was very uncomfortable in the swim out room and for what we paid per night, I expected a better setup. The food everywhere was pretty poor except for the buffet. Everything was obviously cooked prior and heated to lukewarm for serving.

There was cats all over the place.we didn’t get to enjoy the swim out because a cat lived under the chairs on the swim out that I paid for.

The staff wasn’t good some of them was very nasty. What I paid for I didn’t get with one of the rooms
