    Pros +

    • The staff. All of the cleaning, cooking, luggage staff were wxcellent
    • The overall setup of the hotel is good. 5th avenue is nice with all the different restaurants and shops. The beach is beautiful. Most of the staff at the bars, coffee shop and restaurants were really nice.
    • Japanese hibachi restaurant was fantastic and nightly dance show was very good

    Cons -

    • The wedding planner needs to get another job . She didn?t allow cocktail hour to happen after the ceremony. She told the photographer and videographer to stop taking photos. Not right when first time being married on the beach . Should be compensation f
    • The room was kinda bad. Low build quality. The toilet was dripping water. Even at night. Drove us crazy. The toilet door didn't close all the way. Both sinks were clogged. Sheets and floor were dirty. We complained 3 times and nothing was done about it.
    • Beach riddled with garbage, pool weird design, couldn't find hydration anywhere as wait staff was very thin and bars were oddly placed. Great juice bar but it was a hike to get too isolated on the beach. Restaurants were mostly afterthoughts.

The tv that had English speaking channels, but you don't go to Mexico and spend $400 a day to watch tv unless you get food poisoning and are stuck near your toilet for almost two days.

Food quality was poor in every restaurant. All of the pools were so cold no one was able to use them, including private swim-outs. 25 minutes to wait for a coffee at the coffee shop is ridiculous!

Location was beautiful, many areas to hangout, many areas by the beach, many different options for food and drink.

The dinner reservation process is broke. They have limited spots, and people can book as many spots at many locations and then cancel/ not show up.... You basically have to wait to see if someone doesn't show up to get in (which we did typically get in).

    Modern, clean facility.

Evening dining reservations difficult to obtain often leaving the buffet as our only option. Inquired about cancelled reservations, however, had no luck even though many table were unoccupied.

The room was very spacious, every meal i had there was something i enjoyed, the beach was clean and had plenty of chairs.

our room didn't have a door for the toilet, the sink water in the room also smelled, the overhead ceiling fan in the living room of our room did to work, the fridge did not work as well.

    Beautiful property

Notably distant from Cancun's hotel zone. Unheated pools, making it uncomfortable for guests, especially children. disappointing instances of staff bias; those not fluent in Spanish or not of a certain ethnicity receive less attentio.

    7HowardPosted on: 12-14-2023

Facilities were nice, many swimming pools, beach is very close, overall design was nice.

Food at most of the restaurants was below average. The buffet food was usually better. The reservation system for dinner is very poorly executed and makes it nearly impossible to get a spot unless you book way in advance.

Wonderful place, lots of options for dinner and breakfast buffet was great. Coffee shop never too busy. Beach was beautiful, lots of palm trees for shade. Cabanas on beach d would be nice.

The Q.R. reader would not work on my phone. No other good option to see the activity and make restaurant reservations. It was very frustrating and would be nice to have an email daily to have that info. However Sahid was amazing and set up all for us.

New hotel, excellent upkeep, very clean. Great food selection: variety of ceviche, vegetarian options, burgers, coffee shop - all superior quality! Very relaxing vibe, not a party scene - which we absolutely loved. The staff is incredible, will be back!

Lots of people smoking on the beach, leaving cigarette butts right in the sand. It felt like we were walking through a giant ashtray. Sucks especially if you travel with kids. Ashtrays or more enforcement from staff is needed!

The hotel was gorgeous and very clean! They¿re constantly cleaning the rooms so they¿re always nice.

The only downfall is that it is so far north so taxis are a tad spendy to get back into town!

Restaurant can not get reservation and food tast bad need train chef especialy Japanese Hibachi chef. Tao restaurant menu and food does not match. Chef does not konw how to cook Asian food.

    7Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 3-25-2023

It was a get away type experience Disconnected from everything A lot of food available Huge resort

Staff wasn¿t as helpful as expected Pool was freezing cold and wasn¿t able to enjoy My hat and shades went missing at the pool Not enough entertainment

    9Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 2-27-2023

Beautiful hotel, clean beach and pool areas, and hotel staff (servers and bartenders) go out of their way to bring you drinks and anything you may need. Hotel room is cleaned very well and mini fridge is stocked when needed!

Pool and beach attendants needed as people like to reserve all the chairs by 7am and there was nowhere to sit by 9am and chairs are unoccupied most of the day. Guests were reserving multiple chairs for their bags and clothes that weren¿t being used

    8Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 1-21-2023

Modern style and beautifully laid out. The staff members are exceptional and the beach was great and clean.

The pools were gorgeous but freezing

The amenities included in the all inclusive pricing. I loved that the resort was as shown in the marketing materials!

Trying to sell me some on the Exclusive Travel Club. It brought the experience down significantly

Atmosphere and hospitality were impeccable. The grounds were very beautiful and well kept. The spa treatment was also wonderful!

I didn¿t have the greatest experience with the food but there was a wide variety.

    7Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 8-9-2022

The location, the cleanliness, and the room was great! Resort is nice.

Had to make reservations a day prior for the restaurants, no hotel shuttle

    10KarenPosted on: 7-15-2022

We loved how attentive all of the staff were. Everyone from the housekeeping and the food servers were amazing. I also loved the nightly entertainment. The dancers were phenomenal!
