The rooms were very pretty and clean the jungle vibes were awesome and the hammock in the balcony was great

I didn?t like that they play house music blasted with a dj until after midnight Daily And I like to party but that was excessive

Was there on a Sunday, not many people at all And the techno music was very loud,seemed Weird. Place is perfect for anyone under 25

The beach was great. The music was terrible. If you like tekno this is for you. Rooms were cool and facility is nice place.

The music at the beach is awful. The restaurant was not good. Thankfully there were alternative options nearby

There were no hooks to hang anything in women’s dorm.Surely that could be improved

The other guests in the 8 bed dorm were quiet and considerate. It was a place to sleep and gave access to most of the island. Bus service was very reasonable to get around and see other parts of the island. I did a lot of walking and was able to see most of the interesting features of the island without financial strain. It's also a great way to meet others from all points of the globe

Hair in the shower, much more attention should have been given to cleaning the sanitary areas

Soft sand beach with no waves. Close to walk to south end of island.

DJ and disco ball but no one was there dancing.

It was amazing the Sunset! The staff is so kindly and helpful, from de beginning the check in was fast, the restaurant is great, the waiters are super friendly, the rooms are super clean, the music is great at the beach club, totally in the mood for passing a great time with your friends or alone, I recommend so much this wonderful experience! Best Mayan Monkey ever!

I loved the spacious, cleans rooms and the property itself on the beach is next level. Got to witness one of the most beautiful sunsets

There were lots of mosquitoes so bring good insect repellent!!

The property is well decorated. The beach is gorgeous. The food is part of the Anderson group - same company as Senior Frogs, Carlos and Charlie’s and Porfirios.

The staff are indifferent. They don’t care to assist. They all seem to have an attitude that you are inconveniencing them asking for information, coffee, an explanation why you were given the gringa menu that was double the price of the breakfast promotion listed at check-in (which I was not told about at check in). And then when my local friend came down for breakfast they gave him a different priced menu. So there are three different breakfast price point menus.My friend’s menu was $260 an entrada, my menu was $360 an entrada. The menu at the front desk is $12 for coffee, juice and the entrada. Pictures attached for proof.I woke up at 6 am. I asked where I could get breakfast and they said the restaurant when it opened I believe at 7am. After 7am I asked for coffee and had to wait like 15 mins for coffee to be made and then was given the inflated priced menu. I asked the bartender to call the receptionist because they never told me about the $12 promotion I only learned of it that morning when I asked where to go eat and then got a menu for double the price. I messaged the front desk on WhatsApp and they didn’t assist me about the menu. Besides saying promotion is only during check-in but I was t informed at check-in. They didn’t answer my call or messages afterwards. luckily, there is a WhatsApp group for the hostel and a guest helped me with where I could go eat and what to do on the island.The corner of the bar and pool area smell like shit ? literally there is sewer smell and a pipe going into the pool. Also some of the pathways smell like shit and sewer. Pool needs to be renovated.Lots of mosquitos - so bring your repellent. And no locks for the lockers so bring your own locks.“The guests” we shared the pool with had a devil tattoo on his chest and another had a devil written on his neck. They actually are employees of this place and the place next door.

Open water dispenser, great beach, great rooms, staff were very nice.

Water in shower and in sinc are salty, the location is as furthest as you can get from the main city in Isla Mujeres.

This property was absolutely beautiful. The front desk staff was kind and caring, the cleaning team was always efficient and detailed and the maintenance team kept the property up to a very high standard.

The music was not my taste. 11 in the morning I did not need loud techno. I could have appreciated so island vibe music to start the day. Isla mujeres has some amazing roots in Mexican music and I would have loved to hear something that fit the area

Food was excellent. We had the best waiterWe rented a golf cart from them. They answered all my questions. Had lots of activities. Cats roaming around and some ducks was so awesome. They take total care of you

Clean and comfortable place to stay. Beautiful ocean front views. Breakfast just a few feet away from the shore. Samura the Japanese restaurant directly across the street is a must try. 10/10

Included breakfast was very tasty and beautifully presented, but service was slow. We were the only ones at breakfast and still waited over 30 minutes each day for 2 simple/standard orders. Overall good value though.Didn't understand the point of them having a DJ every night when the beach is completely empty. Very loud music being played for the mosquitoes and crickets.

I mentioned multiple times my allergy and fear of cats but they didn’t do anything to stop one constantly appearing at my door and trying to enter my room. The staff at the beach club were also rude and not very competent or considerate.

Very cute boutique style Hotel , clean and the staff were very friendly.You feel like in the jungle , with sunset view, nice bar and restaurant by beach.

I was fine with the location , but be aware that it will take 15 mins in taxi from the Norte Beach and downtown. You can take the public transportation.

Very unique Great Jungle feel

Beach was ok. Not a great place for swimming. The A/C in my room was moldy

The jungle room was clean and comfortable. The access to the beach via the beach club was great to hang around, read a book, and to bath in the sun.The people at the reception were very friendly.The isleno bus runs from the ferry to the hotel for very inexpensive 20 pesos per person. It's also a great way to get to Playa Norte without a taxi or golf cart. (The busses should run every 30min, but there is no strict time table.)

The service at the beach club was very slow. Breakfast is supposed to be served there from 7am, but from what we saw, that is when the personnel arrived (expect to wait a bit). The breakfast itself was okay, but not great.The bar close to the rooms plays music till late. It was not bothering us, but be advised light sleepers might need the ear plugs, that are available in the room. Due to the high humidity, the room had a dehumidifier, which was quite loud as well.

We basically had a private hotel and private beach since there wasn't many people when we went! Amazing clean beach, adorable animals roaming around, perfect location with pharmacy and sushi restaurant across the street! We got lucky first few days with a clean and quiet/respectful dorm room! No left out items at all, and everyone kinda of had a set bed/quiet time by 9/10pm in dorm.... Last night there we had a gross & messy family move in after the clean dormies checked out (who's obese dad snored SOO loud & passed gas at night smh, so bring earplugs!!! Or change rooms, staff is very accommodating if you ask)

The only reason this is not a 10 star review place is because we had a horrible waiter guy the entire trip. Same guy, he was over the table top area near pier...he kept demanding tips and got mad at us for not giving him "enough"...we signed up for the free breakfast and literally did not even go two days because we didn't want to deal with that waiter. We gave him a $20 usd tip on FREE breakfast and he didn't charge us for the add ons....only to find me later and say he forgot to charge us! Fire him and this place is 10 stars. Food was great. Other bar and staff were always friendly.
