Paid for superior oceanfront room. Hotel poorly maintained, unresponsive staff, floors not cleaned, inadequate towels, They removed all their mini fridges from the rooms, had no table and chairs in the room.

TERRIBLE BLACK MOLD EVERYWHERE.. THE SCENT IS STILL ON MY CLOTHES AND MY LUGGAGE AND I LEFT THE HOTEL EARLY BECAUSE OF SEVERE MEDICAL REASONS. I AM HIGHLY DISSATISFIED AND DISSAPOINTED !!!

The oceanview room with a bathtub on the balcony was a dream come true for my wife. She absolutely loved the room and the tub.

At check in, front desk told us that they had free "upgraded" our room. The "upgrade" did not have the features we wanted. When we declined the upgrade and asked for help taking our luggage to our room, we simply were told the bellhop was busy.

We like the south end of the island . Less people and GREAT staff ! The food is also VERY GOOD !

Yes we would not stay there again as they would not refund the last night that we not stay at the hotel. Our airlines changed our flight so we lost approximately $---. Very very poor customer service. disappointing that they chose to handle it that way

The customer service/hospitality that this employee gave us, was extraordinary. The hostess at the restaurant welcome everyone with a beautiful smile that just make your day start the right way.

The beach was kind of muddy, I was concern that I was going to get stuck.

Absolute paradise! The staff went over and above to make your experience memorable ! The ocean views are breathtaking with white sand followed by layers of clear turquoise into blue waters! Amazing! Will never forget!

The grounds are beautiful, the pool is excellent, and the hotel staff is really nice.

The location was away from the main area, and the restaurant food was not very good.

The beach area was small & the ocean area had moderate amount of moss, rock making it difficult to enjoy the ocean. We went to other beach clubs to enjoy the beach.

The hotel & staff were just perfect for our week stay. We liked being on the South end of Isla¿not so filled with tourists. The North end beaches are fabulous but, super busy.

My favorite part was the Yoga classes. I would recommend making the yoga classes daily. Also, our waiter was amazing. Hotel employee's customer service was the best. He treated us so well and even recommended places for us to visits while on the island.

The beach was not the best. Also it would be nice if they had more activities.

We chose this hotel because it wasn't in the North area where everything happens. Too busy up there for our likes. We took a taxi everywhere we went - only costs about $5-7 US Dollars per trip. Hotel was very clean, beautiful pool and rooftop bar

Out of the fray of North Beach. Beautiful clean rooms with comfy beds and large balcony. Lots to explore with an amazing restaurant about a mile away at the end of the road.. enjoyed the rooftop pool and bar with great happy hour..

Music from the bar was loud and lasted until 9:00 pm. Needed more drinkable water.

Hotel is on the "bay" side. You will not see the turquoise water and will not have any waves.

The hot tub didn't work the staff was late with room service and cleaning of the rooms no ATM on site.

Our beachside room was amazing! Steps from the beach and our own plunge pool! Staff was amazing. He helped us arrange our beachside romantic dinner

The beachfront and Hammocks were perfect and the staff was great.We had a small problem with the sheets and tv but the staff was very professional and took care of the problem immediately

The location of this hotel on the beach with a distant view of Cancun was amazing! Mateo greeted us with great service and super friendly lot. The private beach, beautiful view, bar with excellent service next to the large pool on the beach was perfect!
