Amazing sunsets from the dock, the food was great and the bar staff were incredible!

Hotel was every nice and the wait staff were top notch. It it located on the south side of the island away from all of the noise in the town. There is a golf cart rental right across the street for easy access. cabs were always out front too

Easy, relaxing all inclusive hotel, yet small and intimate. No fighting for pool chairs and no problem with security leaving pool bag and items on chair while you lounge or walk around the hotel. Staff is friendly and accomodating.

The beach area is not very nice, water is dirty and big sand bags make it difficult to enter the water and swings. Food is not served hot, as dinners had to be sent back. There is only 1 restaurant and 1 pool cafe so limited food choices.

Nice semi quiet place with multiple outside onsite hang out options! Staff was great. The manager I felt with was very intuitive and willing to (not just answer) but show you around the property as well as offsite places. The on-site food was very good.

It is not all inclusive, you have to opt into a membership of some sort to get that option. It is away from most of the things you¿d like to do, but the island isn¿t that big either. I would think for the price it would be just a little bit nicer.

The rooms were huge and very comfortable and staff was amazing.

Only 2 misses: wish the pool was heated, almost no one used it. And the showers in the rooms have no privacy. So if you are there with friends it's a awkward.

The shower area doesn¿t have a door. If someone in your room passes by, they can see right through. The shower door leaks water getting the floor wet.

The room was very spacious and clean, the ocean view was very nice. Loved the balcony. Francesco the concierge and the night shift front desk girl were very friendly.

Rooftop pool was filthy and music too loud. The daytime gentleman at the front desk was not personable, we wasted our day waiting for someone to open the door of our room each time as our bracelets were not working. Non swimmable beach. Terrible shower.

The location was great, staff was great.

Food just ok, but biggest problem was they have 5 hot tubs all cold and we had a cold snap of weather and would loved hot tubs

strict check-in / check-out procedures or time, the extra cost will be applied for the late check-out. the check out is at 12:00pm (noon), it is so early, check in is so late until 3:00pm. swim tower can not be provided until 9:00am.

People were nice most employees were really nice, drinks were good, pool was always clean as well as hot tubs, they took their time when cleaning the rooms which was nice and didnt feel rushed, they have a nice gym and the beach location was nice not crowded

Nice view, great rooftop infinity pool, אhe hotel itself is beautiful and tastefully decorated, with a well-equipped gym with a lovely view.

We've been to Isla mujeres 7 times before ans this was the least satisfying in every way. They charge you for coffee in an over 600 usd for night!!!! The hotel has a very small beach, bot you cannot enter the water for a swim. In addition, the hotel is over 4 km from the north beach and the cost of renting a golf cart is about $120 per day. Considering that there is no beach where you can swim, there is no choice but to rent a golf cart. No options for vegans or vegetarians on the menu.

Hard to say because it was great.. maybe the small beach area. It was fine for us.. but with children or teens they may need more water options and a bigger area.

I liked that it was a small hotel.

They were understaffed and did not value the guests as I thought they would. They only had one waiter for the whole pool area. They had a specific schedule for breakfast, lunch and dinner but were never ready and had us waiting so we could order. I needed maintenance in certain areas, they did not have clean pool towels when we went, both in the afternoon and the next morning.

The staff was amazing. Always welcoming and willing to go above and beyond. The food was excellent. The views from the room were tremendous, with beach view room having the sunset views. Would definitely recommend the Hotel Belo with all inclusive option. My wife and I are talking about returning again later in the year. If you want to relax without a lot of the normal resort craziness, this is your place.

Location, sunsets, restaurant and especially Mateo was the Best! Quiet place, perfect for rest.
