Jacuzzi in the Room didn't work. The outside staff was too pushy trying to sell me stuff I did not care for!! it was very annoying. NO microwave in room. Restaurante reservation always fully booked. Buffet is boring after 2nd day no rotation.

Hotel is big. The restaurants and theater are in one area and the rooms are in another area which is good. No noise bothering you. Resort has golf car to take you from your room to restaurant and vice versa.

Has to reserve for dinner and can only reserve one restaurant per night. The buffet restaurant served the same foods for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and same foods on different days. Seems it doesn¿t have a food theme for each day.

It is beautiful!! The grounds, the rooms, the decor, everything is so pretty!! The customer service was outstanding throughout our stay....employees checking with us to make sure we were always doing well!!

Very nice structures and architecture, very big complex. Food was descent.

Distances are far, not many transport cars. Not enough accesses for strollers. Beach is far away, you don't feel like you are in the beach. Our room was dirty, bad smell in bathroom lavatory first day. It was an average experience, rather spend elsewhere.

The resort was beautiful! Staff were friendly and helpful. Food was delicious. Our room was centrally located. We were in16205. The buffet breakfast was delightful. I experienced something different every morning. The beach was pristine! Perfect trip!

No. My husband commented on the fact of the lighting at night. Maybe a few more lights by steps. And steps in the Splash pool!

Rooms are modern. Elevators in the buildings. Big balconies. Nice views from the balcony. Enough lounge chairs on the beach and by the pool. Good selection of specialty restaurants that are open for dinner.

There is no sound proof between adjoining rooms. You can hear every noise from the other room through the door. No adequate lighting outside. You can get hit by the golf cart or trip on the stairs. Long line for food at the buffet.

The staff was amazing and consistently went above and beyond from beginning to end. The hotel is also beautiful with great amenities.

The temperature of the food was rarely hot and slightly warm at best.

The hotel was clean the same as the pools.

It is not an all inclusive hotel. They charge $17.00 for Room service delivery. They charge $11.00 for a coconut water They want to charge you for getting a table at their restaurant. We are not coming back.

Staff were great, facilities were like new, room it¿s beautiful specially the bathroom and food was actually very good.

Only one breakfast place open which create a chaos in the morning because hotel it¿s big. I didn¿t like also the weird smells at the shower or bathtub, it¿s a strange smells like the water sprinkles for the plants.

The options to move about the grounds by foot, cart, or boat.

The posting stated they had a shuttle. Which was not accurate and had to take a taxi back to the airport rather than using a shuttle. Further, when I called to setup they stated they did but because I booked third party they would not provide a shuttle.

i like the all the activities sport you can do. and the room. great value on family program. Food was good.

At the moment of check IN and check out. TERRIBLE experience, i book with two kids and the person at the counter insist I did not have the 2 kids in the system. At the end I dont have to paid, but looks like she want to charge me again.

The food at Isla Blanca was good.

The butler service isn’t good, ac was broken for 2 nights and even after repeated requests it wasn’t fixed. We stayed for 1 week but when we tried to book restaurants all of them were booked except Indian restaurant Bhogali , the entertainment options were very limited for Kids. It’s not the money’s worth.

The property is fantastic. Access to beach, pools, the abundance of bars and restaurants, boats, golf carts etc were all fantastic.

Some furnishings in the room itself looked a little dated but they were still functional.

This was the worst trip I've ever taken and I travel A lot! The rooms are dirty. The towels are filthy and dingy. They WILL NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. You order clean towels they don't respond. You have all inclusive they try to charge you for room service, even when your room service is supposed to be 24 hours. If they try to charge you fight it. Each time they tried to charge me for something that I KNOW that's included and I say they start bargaining.with you and then in the end they'll say it was a mistake. This hotel likes to see what will stick when trying to scam you out of your money. They are discriminatory. I talked to a couple of black American guest and they were saying the same thing. They treated whites and Hispanics like royalty its so obvious. You don't even have to be in a workers presence long at first sight they are automatically rude to you or ignore you. I complained to booking THEY DID NOTHING but put me on hold and never came back to the phone. TWICE. My phone bill $123.00 in international calls to booking just to be on hold and get hung up on.When we first got to the hotel they tried to charge us $80 a day per person to eat on the TRS side when I know it came with my booking. When I said no they said how about $40 I said no. Why should I have to pay to eat when it's all inclusive? Then the guy said let me talk to my manager. Then he came back and said while looking at my reservation," oh you booked with booking.com you're VIP I'll give you access. " The whole time he knew we booked through booking.com. Had I said ok to the $80 he would've charged me. Then when I filed a formal complaint they said he was new.Well, was the room service person new too, when my son ordered a burger and they tried to charge us $370 pesos to bring it. Then when I argued them down that 24 hour room service is on my reservation, after 30 minutes they called back and said it was a mistake it is on my reservation.
