TRS Coral Hotel - Adults Only - All Inclusive

The friendly staff and all the employees and travelers we met.

The lower stairs need an extra railing as my wife missed the bottom step and fell. She is okay.

The views and the cleanliness

The food is absolutely trash. The only decent meal we had on the resort was at Helios for lunch. Tantazione.?trash, Poseidon.?trash.

The landscaping was beautiful and they supplied good toliet paper

The dinner restaurants were horrible. They would not be in business if they had to compete for people's business like a typical restaurant. Any cocktail that contained a juice or a sweetener was sweetened with sucralose.

We paid additional $1000 to get extras that they not provided. Also there was shooting in the middle of the day on there beach and all guest ran for cover , mostly they all ended checking out with no refunds. but theres to much to list

Quiet, clean, friendly staff. Safe and secluded.

The location was phenomenal. Beach was great to walk, very little seaweed

Language barrier was an issue. Our room outlets were not working had to keep calling. Vacation club sales were aggressive all over the property. Spa is advertised as double what you pay if you find someone on premise to book through. Food was average.

The resort staff at the pool and restaurants were fabulous. Very pleasant and attentive. The room was spacious. I love the size of the terrace. The quality of the food is very good for an all inclusive.

On multiple occasions, despite written requests, the cleaning staff did not replace both washcloths when cleaning the room. It took quite a bit of time for housekeeping to bring them to the room after we notified our butlers.

Loved the entire vacation. Great service; great food; overall great hotel. Beautiful hotel and grounds. Highly recommend.

Very little evening entertainment on the TRS side; had to go over to the family side for entertainment.

Hotel is beautiful and clean. The beach is beautiful and the water was warm and clear. Not a party resort, but still has good activities and a party atmosphere offered at the adjoining Palladium sections.

The butler service was non-existent for this room. Friends on another floor had great service though. Their butlers were Liz and Paul who were both fantastic. Hotel is in a remote area with no shopping. Might stay closer to Cancun next time for this.

TRS Coral was wonderful overall. We really enjoyed the pool and the pool bar. The food at Capriccio was really good. The butler service was also really nice and friendly.

I wish we were more informed as to what we had access to as TRS guests as I feel we missed out on a few things. I also wish we could have booked use of some of the amenities such as paddle boards with out 24hr notice.

Fine hotel with excellent service, spacious clean rooms.

The room cleaning took place too late in the day. In addition, I was not given washcloths multiple times and they kept running out of towels at the beach and pool. That is not representative of a 5 star.

lots of scamming, anno first aid kit my friend got hurt. there's an upcharge for everything, and the hotel is already expensive. All-inclusive doesn't include everything - you still have to pay for special wines, a spa, and a good steak. Food is mediocre.

The swim up room was nice and liked the tub in our room.

We had a terrible experience checking in at the hotel which ruined the entire trip. The front desk agent that dealt with the issue was not helpful and didn't seem to be willing to resolve the issue.

Beautiful property. Very modern and the river adds a nice touch.

The food was not good and the drinks were very watered down. Also, if you think you're going to get any Mexican food, you will be very disappointed. No street tacos on the property.

We love the TRS. It was very clean, not too crowded. The staff is wonderful, very accommodating and friendly. Top shelf drinks.

The food was generally good, but not great.

Grounds are immaculent & the food excellent. Lots of things to do or choose to do nothing at all and relax at the beach.

#1 MAJOR issue: the pool temperature is TOO COLD! They need to have the temperature around 85 to 88 to enjoy hanging out in the pool. Speaking with other people around the pool - that was their major issue as well.
