A lot mold around windows and bathroom , not clean , poor water on showers , drinking water was off a big 5 gallons not seal bottle , extensions cords everywhere, 3 level room and no elevator and no handrails for safety, no front desk service at night etc

Rooftop views and location to the beach and center of town.

Lack of cleanliness despite having housekeeping. Hardest most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept in.

It was good, clean. Beds comfortable. Locations great!!!! Stone throw to ferry, North Beach, good food, everything actually.

Stairs. If you can’t do them, this isn’t the place. Thunder & lightening crazy water poured in the door.

The beds were very comfortable. The view on the top-level terrace was amazing. It is a great area to relax.The staff was very nice and helpful. There was daily cleaning service offered.

Plumbing was an issue. There is no hot water in the sinks, including the kitchenette. We could work around that.But the hot water that was available for showers was boiling and could not be adjusted with cold. So we had cold showers for a week. They did offer to move us.

It was very close to everything. Location was great!! Staff were friendly.

It was a little older but still clean. Couldn’t get the WiFi to work.

Bleach and mold removal is a must in humid area.

The bathroom was filled with black mold. It is a health danger. I had to stay in another hotel and the owner never contacted me or refunded me for this issue.

It’s one block from Playa Norte. Close to restaurants and shopping. Close to ferry that bring you to island. It’s like a mini-home. Kitchen is awesome. We loved it. Alberto is the best staff attendant.

Staff is very nice and the housekeepers keep the room clean.

I am not a picky traveller and I am not hard to please however…even at Isla Mujeres prices this place should only be charging 1/4 of what it does. Place needs a lot of work to be safe for children to stay at. The balcony that is outside all the room isn’t very solid and overlooks a very steep and ugly drop into rubble. The rooftop is sketchy and not overly accessible. Water is tricky but that is to be expected and not a big deal. The lower rooms have a mold issue..Sewage treatment across the road reeks pretty bad also. We ended up just leaving after a couple days and stayed at an alternate hotel down the road for the rest of our week. Overall we feel pretty ripped off, rooms should be 40$ a night or the building completely renovated.

Absolutely nothing

Everything. Dirty rooms, disgraceful service and the WORST part: no running water or lack of warm water on those special occasions when the water is actually running so we couldn't shower during our stay. The owner and other personnel were extremely rude and provided no help and made it extremely clear they had no interest in making our stay at least adequate, they mocked us for complaining and even invited us to write this review saying that they were well aware of the bad reviews and one more made no difference to them.

top floor room was perfect terrace for us as no other customers around perfect view for sunset limited toilet paper for 5 ppl only one roll when asked for more it was like a gold to forward to us..... hmmmm

they are cheating customers with extra taxes.... I hate this kind of thing when we booked all was included.... then nothing then booking. com said it was mistake in price.. hahaah no way hotel was adding extras... then we never get money back stole our money and you now what as a you tube creator I do not recommend this stay, for the way how the was avoid us when asked for refund and why they added xtra charges when all was paid... they just thought we just pay and forget... now WAY hotels like this are on my black list S o we do not recommend to stay there as far as you know the LAST price and be ready to pay that price nothing extra! Guy from reception just run away when see me and family again in the morning to try to get refund... then unfortunately even they spoke some kind of English (no probelm with that) then they forgot all of it and never understood anything again... hmm SCAMMERS!!! NEVER AGAIN

Very near the ferry port, near Hidalgo, near playa centro and playa norte.Very accessible to areas that we needed to go to.The staff didnt speak english but with google and their very pleasant and hospitable welcome everything was alright.

We are a family of 3. We prefer just 2 beds (2 queens). We got 1 king, 2 queen beds instead. So many furnitures for a small room. We didnt understand all the taxes added to the price of the room.

Great location. Near the ferry, Norte beach, and all the restaurants and Music.

The location. Ferry, beach and restaurants within a short walking distance, but still in a rather quiet side street. The fact that we give more than 1 point is simply the hotel's location.

The rooms need an overhaul. Especially the bathroom of our apartment was not meeting any modern standards and had mold at several spots. We also had cobwebs under the kitchen table, which indicates that they don't clean properly.We also had a cockroach in the apartment, but I think that could happen anywhere.All in all, we felt very uncomfortable there and would highly suggest to anyone who has certain standards when it comes to hygiene to go for something else.

The location is great and they also provide drinkable water for free.

There is no room service. We stayed for 2 nights. The towels and room are not changed or cleaned. When I am going to check in, the reception tried to charge me one more city tax... It was good that I found it..3 beds in one room make the stay very crowded and uncomfortable.

The property is very well located just 4 minutes from the ferry and 1 minute from playa centro. The room was well equipped and had a great view (the pro of a third floor room which comes with the perk of carrying a suitcase/bag all the way up).

The price was a bit high for the rooms but the whole island is on the expensive side. The water pressure in the shower was the main point to be addressed.

The room I booked was not provided. I booked a room which clearly had 2 separate beds and a living area but when we arrived they put us in a room with 1 queen bed and no living area, just a kitchen. Not worth the money
