Nautibeach Beach Front Condos in North Beach

We loved this hotel, the location, staff, cleanliness, AC, garden, pool, beach... it was all amazing. To top it off the kitchen was totally functional and it was great to have the filtered water.

no, I don't have a single complaint.

Prime location keeps me coming back to Nautibeach! Property grounds are beautiful and hotel and restaurant staff are very nice!

All the flights of stairs can be gruling with the high humidity, but still won't deteior me from coming back!

Bathroom products were limited and had a budget feel. Bathroom could use updating.

Perfect located on playa norte with a great pool and attached to a beach front restaurant. Walking distance to everything. Awesome place.

The bar next door is very loud and the music went until 4 am. Not sure you can do anything about it

near the property, every night until 2-4am was a party. Very loud music. that was so not cool. We couldn’t sleep ?. It is not a the property responsibility ( it came from a business near by) but it was very disrespectful and frustrating

The location was beachfront and the friendliness of the staff.

The price was on the high side for us considering it's in Mexico. Can get similar in Kona Hawaii and there is big difference to us between Mexico and Hawaii.

I liked that it was on the beach, although we didn't access the beach from there.

I didn't like room 12. It was supposed to be a beach view but wasn't. Once they moved me to room 25, I was very pleased.

Shower could be renovated, it was quite dated and felt like accupunture, WiFi is good in the room but very weak in the rest of the property

Location was great and the staff were friendly

Busy street to get down to park golf cart, small bathroom, water pressure was way to strong, shower curtain would blow on you while showering, didn’t supply towels even though we had 3 people in room,front desk staff sometimes rude, furniture in the room were not comfortable to sit on at all, no room to store clothes in the room.

Raul who checked us in was very rude. We booked a suite that could accommodate five people and only had two towels. We did have to add a one person to the reservation and that was very inconvenient to Rual. I would not stay there again or recommend it.

The staff was rude. The two bedroom suite was under stocked with basic needs such as towels and toilet paper. It was very overpriced.

The location, pool, and access to the beach were wonderful!

Slightly musty smell to the room at times. Mildew on ceiling of bathroom and mold on basket in bathroom. Food and drinks were pricey at pool bar.

Location is the best part of this hotel, steps away frCrystal clear water.

Disappointing Service, Great BeachThe location and beach are beautiful, but the service left a lot to be desired. Ulises at the front desk was especially unhelpful—I asked to extend my stay and remain in the room while waiting for another, explaining I work remotely, but was told to check out at 11 with no flexibility. Despite staying five days, there was no courtesy or consideration.WiFi was unreliable, water was shut off briefly, and it seems they avoid listing availability on Booking.com. Overall, not the best stay—great beach, but poor management and hospitality.

It was all good. We had asked for a ground floor room due to an injury yet we still got a 1st floor room. This happens every year (most years we get 2nd floor so 1st floor was exciting). Other than that things were good.

Great location. Nice pool and beach area. Beautiful gardens. Comfortable and clean condos. This is our third time staying here. Nice option when family visits.

If the price keeps going up, it will be out of our budget. Our condo was supposed to be garden view but it was more parking lot view. A small thing...just not what we expected based on our previous two stays. The person who checked us in was not very friendly. Another surprise based on previous stays.

The location is incredible. The condo is well situated and directly in front of beautiful North Beach.

The location is perfect, the staff was always helpful, and the amenities are ideal!

One night a week the music went on until midnight at the bar venue behind Nautibeach. It was loud enough where it kept us awake even with ear plugs. Nautibeach should ask them to lower the decibels after 10 pm as it was disruptive.
