Hotel Bahia Chac Chi

Location to ultramar ferry was very close, golf cart rentals were right next door and close to downtown shops

There was no small fridge so no way to keep water cold. The hostel next door stayed loud pretty late and we were trying to sleep. Continental breakfast didnt offer much, both days we had it they didnt have items out

Excellent staff who helped us in many ways.

Noisy hostel behind the hotel (loud music and yelling). They are evidently working to address this problem

STAFF was super good- helpful and friendly

breakfast started and ended too early. should be 8 to 10-after all we are on vacation and donn't want to get up and eat at 7:30

Location was good. Staff great. Not on beach but close to ferry and downtown. Not fancy but definitely acceptable. Pool a bit disappointing.

It was a decent place, rooms are a good size, and clean. Bed was a bit harder than I like it. We had booked an ocean view, decided to opt for a pool view.

Pool water was freezing and the pool area is completely in the shade (interior court); no breakfast, not even coffee in the lobby. Be mindful, don’t take the oven view rooms, the traffic noise of motorized atv and scooters is enough to make you deaf. You can’t control the ac, it was freezing.

The staff were great and keen to help with local information and luggage.

Underpowered and cold shower.

The location of the hotel is right next to the Ferry station and it was easy to reach it with luggage. The room was clean and comfortable. We asked for a quiet room and they gave us the one which overlooks the pool. It was very quiet. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel provided beach towels which was a good surprise for us.

Located very close to ferry and close to main avenue. We only stayed for one night which was totally fine and good value and convenient location.

Room price was reasonable and location is close to best beaches in the island. Room housekeeping team was great.

Our room was looking the main street. Some car and golf cart noises were disturbing if you stay front rooms. Windows noice insulation can be better.

The location is incredible, a very short walk from the ferry, close to downtown, beaches, and restaurants. Staff were friendly and helpful, rooms were immaculately clean, wifi and air conditioning worked perfectly, rooms were spacious, modern, and comfortable.

The hotel has a rental room upstairs which did have one party during our stay but they were quiet by 10.

Great stay they had one of our rooms ready upon arrival so we were at to use one room to store our things and use while the other room was cleaned ?

Loved that this hotel was so close to ferry port, downtown, Playa Norte and so many restaurants. The entire staff was great but we dealt mostly with Jonathan and he was exceptional. He was personable, professional and really cared that we had a great customer experience.

AC wasn't the best. It was hard to cool the room. The shower's water pressure was on the low side.

Room was very clean, great views and location. Staff very friendly.

Beds uncomfortable and noisy facing the main street.
