the hotel itself was constantly hot. didn't seem like the air works properly. They restaurants were only open from 7 to 11:30 then 5:30 to 10. If you wanted to eat lunch order room service the middle of the day and wait an hour or go to the pool and order food. then for dinner you ned reservations everywhere even though the restaurants were always half full and in order to get a table you have to eat at 9 to 9:30. A total joke considering how much we paid. latly housekeeping came after 5pm one night. we told them we were realaxing come back in an hour and they said ok but never did. A lot of people working at the hotel spoke very little if any english. I would never go back

Lies, wrong room! Overpriced, management are lying and dont want to provide any information! No business cards, no claim book. 140$ per person for all inclusive?! 280 per couple and no food?! All food very cheap

The dinners in the restaurants were excellent and the staff were excellent. the rooms were super clean and the service was good.

The worst part of the stay was having to sign a bill every single time we got a drink. I would get a coffee and then have to wait for the staff to go get the machine and scan my bracelet and then when the bracelet didnt' work because it never did and then I would have to wait of the staff to print the receipt and I would have to sign it. the whole point of being at an all inclusive was so you can just grab and go but every time room service, any bar, at the pool bar everywhere it was so annoying.

We got the all inclusive for three days. On the first night we got diarrhea.

Clean, well maintained and incredible staff. I didn’t see one bug, literally NOT one the entire 5 days. It was 88 degrees and 85% humidity. Hotel and room set up is great and no need for shuttles or anything like that like some Cancún resorts. Everything is 2-5 min away from each other

The actual resort, pools and layout is wonderful. Nice warm pools, perfect temperature jacuzzi

a beautiful hotel and rooms are stunning. The food amazing. Great pool- but the heater went out during the stay so the pools got really cold.

When I reviewed the property on their site and Booking.com it stated All-inclusive- be very careful they quote as room only then learn at the property of the up charge for the all inclusive- Do it. When we asked for the white wines by the glass they only offer 2- the others are an upcharge to a full bottle. The property had a HOT water issue for multiple days- so no HOT showers- Some days you got turn down and some not- some days it was really late, almost late for our dinner reservation. Booking reservations for their restaurants is a must and impossible- we had to eat at the food hall one night but did get reservations for 2 other restaurants-

Oceanfront was nice and the resort is newer. Staff are friendly and professional. The common spaces are well maintaned.

Terrible value for the money, weird room layout with no privacy. Can get really loud at night as well.

This is our 3rd time staying with this company. We stay in Puerto, Cabos and now Cancun. This is THE ONLY way to spend your vacation in Mexico. From the property to the style, cleanliness, lobby, SERVICE, rooms, food, and pools, everything is perfect. No matter where we go we always compare it to this hotel. Nothing can compare to it. It is that good. I stayed in 2 different 5-star hotels in Cancun, and they were absolutely horrible compared to Garza Blanca. Don’t think twice, when you’re in Mexico book with this company your stay, you won’t regret it. You won’t find something better- guaranteed

No bad words- everything was amazing

I loved the service of the employees. I felt loved they even have someonr to clean yr sunglasses. The drinks were very nice and the room was clean and modern.

Too little food was given especially the ceviche.

The location of the breakfast facility was central and easy to locate. The selection of food was diverse and very good. My suite was amazing, very spacious and clean. My private pool was beautiful. I plan to return for a longer stay soon!

I booked my room thru a third party service once I arrived at the hotel. (Last minute trip) I waited a little over an hour to get checked in and shown to my room. The management apologized for the wait and informed me that because I'd booked third party there was a glitch in the system that wouldn't allow them to check me in in a timely manner. I wasn't offered a drink, a meal, an upgrade at all. I was however given premium internet usage for the night. I would also like to state that although I used a third party service I still paid approximately $600 plus for the night. Aside from the check in process my stay was amazing. The pools and the beach were awesome!

The staff was absolutely amazing and the food was great

The front desk staff was rude and they overcharged me and did not give us our resort credit. Plus they did not honour our own inclusive option past 5 PM even though we were staying at the hotel until the later part of the day, and on our arrival date did not get there until 10 PM. It should be based on a 24 hour clock, and it was a terrible experience at the end of our stay, considering that everything was great until then they were not friendly at all, and were very difficult to deal with unlike the rest of the staff throughout the hotel very disappointing, and they basically ruined our last day.

Pools / the room / the personal/ the beach/ the food

The finishes are really nice and the pool water is warm so when you jump in is not uncomfortable

The bathtub is like in the middle of the room and you got no privacy if you come with kids

Clean, staff friendly.

I made a noise complaint about the room next door which was being renovated.
