Everything was moldy, dirty, unhealthy and gross. Mentioned to staff nothing happened until o booked somewhere else and they tried to put me in a different room.

Said they have 4 restaurants, actually on 2. They just change the name of the one depending on the food they serve. Only one bar. Said they had two. The lobby bar was never setup to open. We only stayed 2 of our 7 days!!!

The room was awful. Absolutely no furniture in the room. Not even a stand for your suitcase. Staff was very difficult to work with.

yes. my husband got food poisoning and the hotel refused to refund us the last 4 nights that we did not use even after medical notes that proved the poisoning was their fault

Staff was amazing and the Sea food restaurant was delicious . This is a great hotel for the money and for a couple who have a few days just to relax . There are alot of activities for kids and the pool staff were so interactive the the kids and adults??

Everything was great. Just the fact that I got the oceanview. I asked for my fridge to be stocked. They didn't do it until the 3rd day I was there.

I like everything except the part about the fridge refill.

I'm not sure, drinks that are made from concentrate, food is low quality, the only decent meal was one time they grilled outside for the whole stay :(

The room you get its on the other side of the road..they says they have 3 restaurants, partial true. It was overwhelming have to answer where I was from all the time from the personnel trying to sell me vacation package. NO INTERNET IN ROOM EITHER!!

Staff was amazing. The location was far away from everything bit that is what I needed for this specific trip.

When I turned on my shower the water was brown for a few seconds but then cleared up. Food could have been better but I didn't try any of the restaurants.

The long beach area with plenty of room and right on the water, walking distance to the ferry over to Isla Mujeres

The buffet food temperature was poor, we recommend eating the fresh made to order omelet for breakfast and the fresh grilled or fried food for lunch if you want hot food. For dinner we recommend the international reservation dining.

The staff are amazing, they made me feel at home. I read many reviews and I was a bit worried, but after I got here I experienced something different.

The only fault I have within the resort is the food is not as hot as it should be, but getting your food cooked in front of you is worth it. My biggest problem is seeing iguanas around the water park. If you are for them, you will be just fine.

The staff members were well trained and looked after your needs--the buffet was excellent with lots of choices for everyone--the water park was a great plus for the young-at-heart and well as all others.

Did not like the two-tier system--VIP and non---wait times were too long at the pool bar. My room was nice with an upgraded view(extra dollars) ---but no stocked fridge for the first night and our shower flooded on two occasions.

Food, and Water park was closed the days we were there.

I had a good time the staff was friendly and accomadating and tried their best to make my entire stay smooth sailing. They arranged airport drop off as well and my cocobongo tour. The Italian Restaurant was also ?.

To be honest it's relatively a bit far from the tour spots compared to other hotels. the extra driving after my tours was a bit tiring. Of note however it's really close to Isla mujeres marina so if you're interested In that that's a plus.
