Pros +

• Location was great. Property is waterfront but there's a wooden fence and also a metal fence with locked gates between the property and the beach so you need to exit the property to the side road to get to the beach. There's no direct access. Nice beach.
• The location was perfect, right on North Beach, although the gates to the beach are closed so you have to go through the reception
• Location right off the beach

Cons -

• Room was dark and dingy (double bed, room 18) and needs major updating. The wall air conditioner was excessively loud and would stop working. It was needed at night and with the noise and uncomfortable bed we did not sleep well. Wifi only in the office.
• the tiles in bathroom floor were dirty, needed a good scrubbing not just a quick mop. The main drinking water bottles not not replenished in a timely manner. Everything else we knew ahead of time from previous reviews.
• Lost power due to a downed power line and wasn¿t notified, had to move to a sister hotel down the street and that room was below expectations.
