Ixchel Beach Hotel

Drinks and food on property are great. Definitely close to the beach. Good restaurants just outside is the hotel down the street in walking distance.

We liked that it is right on Playa Norte with beach loungers, umbrella, food/drink service at the beach, and within walking to a lot of restaurants and bars.

There really isn¿t anything that we didn¿t like about this hotel. It was our second stay here and we already have our third stay booked!

Everything. The shuttle experience was even great.

The location wasn't all that good. What I mean by that is there isn't any bar & grills or restaurants close. We had to drive at least 5 miles or so to get to anything.

Location is awesome, right on Playa Norte, near shopping, restaurants and bars of North Beach and Hildago area.

The standard room was very basic¿ plain and somewhat ugly. But the rest of the hotel and the suites looked awesome.

The bed was hard so I woke up with back pain and side pain everyday. Price seemed a bit high for the amenities offered. View of trash and building from our room.

The room exceeded my expectations: clean, spacious, has everything I could possibly need away from home, and an amazing view of the beach.

The beach is crammed and there's a constant traffic of people who are not hotel guests. The bar next to it plays very loud music. I was not able to relax on the beach. Every 3 minutes I would be approached by some sort of vendor. Protect your guests!!!

It's got a great location. Air conditioning worked well. Great Beach!

It's a little stark, the rooms decorations could be better. The workout room is small. The pool could be a bit warmer. Last time we were there it was nice and warm, this time it wasn't as good. This is on the side that has a heated pool, west pool.

Did need a humidifier in the room. Especially for the one's who suffer from asthma.

I loved the location, very close to downtown and ferry. I also loved having the kitchen, living room 2 beds and 2 baths and big balcony. the front desk was very sweet and helpful.

yes, that they took down the unbrellas and chairs at 5.00. many days we don't even go out to the beach until 4 or 5.00 because the sun is so hot, so I didn't like having to go to another spot for shade.

the Ixchel Beach Hotel includes beach towel service, beach chairs, umbrellas and tables. The service for food and beverage on the beach is delivered by very friendly staff. the location also includes two pools and a beautifully maintained beach.

Our room was sparsely decorated and the table and chairs were not comfortable.

Beach front. With reserved seating for their guests. Walking distance from all of the bats and restaurants. Spacious room.
