Grand Oasis Tulum Riviera - All Inclusive

Our room was spectacular. Common areas were beautiful. All-Inclusive meals at 4 restaurants and a snack bar served really good food.

Many common areas had beautiful marble flooring that became dangerously slippery when wet (it rained all 5 days we were there). Rain water blew under the back door of our room, floodi deep. Maids mopped up the water every day with towels.

Location and staff, made us feel very welcomed!

The a.c broke down one night and they did not have any alternate solutions like fans or water bottles, we were not able to sleep that night.

Restaurant located near ocean had a great view,the buffet had great selection. Definitely better than the other restaurants. They had a beachside show Friday night.coffee and me cafe was great. The BEST place to eat was called "bites" up at lite.

"Beachside" pool was gross,little to zero wait staff on the beach, our hotel room had No a.c. the last night of our stay and we couldn't reach anyone at the front desk.

Food was delicious, beds were comfortable, nice mini bar stocked each day

That no one mentioned that the property is closing down for renovation. And the restaurants were limited. No options for food. And after 10:30 bars are closed and no entertainment

Staff, rooms, seems like 95% of the staff was very rude and made guest who spoke Spanish first priority

breakfast was cold almost everyday and lacked in flavor

I didn't like that they made no attempt to clean our rooms, had a broken a/c remote and had to find someone to help me using google translate since the staff barely spoke English.

Loved our room location right on the beach. We had a first floor rioWith large patio.

Cleaning of the room was inconsistent. Had to call several times to have it done.

Food was great, location - by the beach, that was cleaned every day, staff was friendly and professional. Free parking for the car, good service.

The buildings need renovation, cleaning was not OK - the hall infront of our room was not cleaned once in a 9 days stay. The smell in the toilet was horrible, but there are doors, so managable. The toilet was leaking.

I was given a room which was full of cob webs, and they refused to switch me, we had to get someone to come in and clean them. The fridge didn’t work, the phone didn’t work so we had to walk all the way to the lobby to get help. Thank goodness it was only one night, they Didn’t accommodate any of our requests, separated our group to different buildings. The only good thing was the beach, which you can experience anywhere else. The food was mediocre and the staff were not very friendly. They all seemed tired and over it, like I was a bother. The pool is boring and the drinks were not good. Definitely will never return to this place.

Did not get room in the pictures, what we paid for. Room very worn out, sliding doors rusty, food scraps in cupboards. Could not see out windows because so dirty. I could go on.

The food was terrible , I was there 10 yrs ago and i remember the food was incredible back then .This person on the front desk helping us on our check out was very rude and in a very bad mood
