I stayed here before and it was great but this time there was roaches, elevator broke AC was leaking water
It was a great hotel. It has fallen into disrepair
I got charged twice and am still contesting that. No chairs in the registration area/lounge. Some of the staff don't speak English very well.

The location was close to lots of restaurants and bars. However, this was also a con because the bars played very loud music until 4 and 5AM in the morning. The hotel also plays very loud music first thing in the morning making it hard to sleep.

Cleaners did not clean up appropriately. I found a dead cockroach on the floor. When I reached out to the front desk and concierge, they did nothing about the issue.
