Love the location

I stayed here before and it was great but this time there was roaches, elevator broke AC was leaking water

Clean, near the beach

I got charged twice and am still contesting that. No chairs in the registration area/lounge. Some of the staff don't speak English very well.

The location was close to lots of restaurants and bars. However, this was also a con because the bars played very loud music until 4 and 5AM in the morning. The hotel also plays very loud music first thing in the morning making it hard to sleep.

Cleaners did not clean up appropriately. I found a dead cockroach on the floor. When I reached out to the front desk and concierge, they did nothing about the issue.

I loved the location and the rooftop amenities like the pool & the hot tub.

There were so many amenities that they lied about and did not have. Online they claim to have: airport shuttle service, daily housekeeping, coffee maker, kitchen utensils, free parking, valet parking, golf course, indoor pool, and a doorman.

Great location and staff. loved the dual shower.

It was not the fault of the hotel but electricity was off when we arrived and it was very hot without AC. Hotel should have thrown in a few free drinks since electricity was out for several hours.

It was situated in the middle of town and the rooftop was fantastic.

I was charged for a dirty towel which was there when I checked in. I had reached out to the staff and they said to leave it on the ground and use another towel. When I checked out, they said I had stained the towel which I did not and they were very rude.

Location

I had to pay $200 pesos for a hand towel I used to wash my face with I offered to wash it but I wasn¿t allowed Also check in is at 3:00pm but didn¿t get into our room until 3:30 Outdated and staff not very friendly!

This hotel was amazing. Perfectly located. We had never visited and didn't know the best areas, and this turned out to be in the best possible location. Close to the beach (500 or so feet) but not on the busy main road either, so a little more quiet.

Location and staff was nice

The toilet didn¿t work and they tried to blame us, we asked them for a new room, so after making us wait 3 hrs for another room both tv in the new room didn¿t work and they didn¿t seem to be any hurry to fix the situation

We loved everything about it. The staff was amazing, rooms were really big and clean. Great customer service throughout. Hotels location is super close to the beach and the 5th ave where all the shops/bars/ restaurants are which makes it amazing.

We loved everything about it and we will be back soon!

The fact I had to pay $---- for another guest. And the food was horrible at the free breakfast I’d rather pay for real food THIS IS NOT A 4 Star hotel

It was a great hotel. It has fallen into disrepair

The entire staff was friendly and available to answer any question or suggest activities. True 4 star experience and we were treated like family.
