There was a bar across the street that played extremely loud music with a ramped up bass tone that was exceedingly obnoxious, lasting until about 2 AM. I asked them to turn it down but they did so for only 15 minutes. It was like being in a speaker box.

The staff. The best helpful people in Playa Del Carmen. The location is perfect. Walkable. Between the beach and 5a Avenida

If they¿d invest in new linen, bathroom fixtures and SUN BLOCK curtains it¿d be. Much better place to stay and rest

The location, It's close to the beach for a cheap price.

The AC didn't work like it supposed to and the pool not very clean, they need to work on that.

Location is great, very close to the beach and stri walk but no parking available so you have to walk with your luggage at least two or three blocks. Room was clean and nice but no towels were provide till we ask for them. One or two night stand is good.

location is amazing, you can walk to every thing from here. even going to Cancun airport , just 2 minute walk to the bus station or the taxi share.the hotel is old but the staff keeps every thing working good.

It can get quite loud at night with the Sofia Bar blasting music until 1:30 am maybe 3 people including staff in there

I love the location. the owners are constantly improving the property. the restaurant right across the Hotel is very good.its almost as if it was a part of this Hotel.

the bathrooms could use a facelift. an elevator would be a great idea. a rooftop pool would be prefect. i was told that they are working on the roof top pool

Pool was not ready ?

You know, it didn't have a pool, or a breakfast bar, but the room was spacious, had a balcony, a whole minifridge to fill up with my own stuff, a TV (not that I used it), an ensuite bathroom, an awesome (a godsend) air conditioning unit, and the room was turned down every day.

Good location

Hotel needs to be cleaned more often, rooms had trash from previous guest, restroom was dirty, rusty knobs.

the location, the staff, cleanliness, the room was very comfortable. i wish the patio door would open easier. but everything was great and will be visiting you again in two weeks.

We actually stayed at AllRiviera across the street. It is their sister hotel. It was awesome and we were right on the beach. Very friendly to us although we speak very very little spanish. We loved it!!!

Near beach

Not actually on the beach you have to go across the street to their sister property that all Caribbean hotel by the beachfront. The one manager was very helpful to let me go transfer to the all Caribbean hotel although I had to pay a bit more

Everything the whole place looks like something out of a horror film no locks to the out side balcony going up the stairwell there was broken tiles with Sharpe edging crumberling brick, loose framework and base of your bed is concrete, the sink in the bedroom was rusty

Holes in sheets Hardly any hot water Curtains were broken and didn’t shut Balcony door didn’t lock Agreed to allow me to extend and when I got back one of the staff had their arms folded and started to go a little mad on me Was eventually put in the sister hotel which had ants and again sheets with holes. Was told you will get same rate but got charged double the rate in hotel KayNot really sympathetic towards the fact that I have just lost my mother even whilst waiting to check in went to beach as advised and got charged for the sunbed even though they belong to the hotel.Will never return to either of the hotels and didn’t leave me with a good experience in playa del carmen thank god for the diving

Nice location, our suite had great view, comfortable bed, but no kettle for hot water etc. big one space with two chairs table bed and fridge. Free sunbeds, good WiFi, nice staff who kept our luggage all day before leaving. It’s good deal for the money with great location IMPORTANT: Be careful from the guy named Frank who is selling tours on the left side from hotel entrance ( same building) he falsely stated he is giving discount to people from hotel and in fact he is giving overpriced tours, we agree to book and payed for Deluxe package for Chichen itza while we got just Basic one. When I told him this he rudely said that he gave us this because we didn’t pay him more to earn and didn’t book second tour with him, be careful he is Scammer ! Do NOT book with him, at corner with 5 th avenue there is nice lady selling correct tours at 20% less price !
