Coral Maya Stay Suites

Very spacious. Clean. Loved having the pool right outside our door. Kids had lots of fun playing in it.

The room smelled like mold, so much so, I had to sleep in the room without the master to get away from the smell. I¿m not going to judge because I can¿t imagine what hurricanes do to those places right by the sea, but made it hard to enjoy my stay.

The location was great

It needs more maintenance and pest control. I was walking barefoot in the night and I stepped on a cockroach

Staff was very nice.

Not at all a beach as advertised nor private beach or "water" sports. The staff was nice but not at all what we expected from the wording of the ad.

I spent as much money I paid for the hotel to get there by taxi.

Location was good. Place was clean. Pool right outside the door.

TV did not work.

Big pool, kayak and bike rental for free if they are available. Small kitchen that can be use inside the room.

Mold in the bathroom. There was a lot of mold in our bathroom that smelled badly and made shower uncomfortable.

Clean apartment

Basic equipment is missing. The apartment has a kitchen but it is not prepared for cooking, the toaster was not there, they have neither salt nor sugar, nothing. Two burners don’t work. The incredibly uncomfortable bed, old mattresses. It does not have 98m2 as it says in the description. The administrator has a terrible attitude.

Old and tired facility - kitchen dishes and utensils etc were sorely lacking. Internet and TV were frustrating and a most of the time non existent!

Great location, spacious apartment and very nice pool.

Kitchen furniture a bit old, anything to dry the swimming suits would be more than welcomed.

Beautiful setting; apartment in good condition with comfortable seating.

The lighting could have been improved, particularly in the bedroom, where bedside lamps would have made it possible for my wife and I to read separately.

The pool and friendly staff.

The fact that the condo was bare bones and what was available to use was in need of replacement.( cooking utensils). Cupboards are too tall.No plugs for sinks.Not enough towel hangers and the the one they do have was too high for me to reach.The mattress was firm, not saggy but no padding made it a hard surface to lay on. We both woke up in pain everyday.The furniture (chairs) are old and uncomfortable. To be honest there was no comfortable place to sit or lay.The kitchen lighting lacked. Could not see well enough to cook after dark.Being woke up nearly every morning by a child that I think lives there all the time. This child never talked at a normal level but yelled all the time even when talking to himself. He played under our bedroom window in the early morning and bounced a basket ball by the hour. The noise echoed off of the buildings. It made it impossible to sleep in or nap during the day.The host was a very nice man however I don’t appreciate having to listen to his loud phone business conversations every evening between 7 to 8:30 with the office window open. No one should have to talk so loud on a phone. We could hear every word.One plug in for golf carts is not enough.There was no blankets or face cloths.I am sorry but I will not recommend this condo hotel to anyone.We think it was way too expensive for what we got.Not a great holiday. 28 Days too long.Also I had to have my fiends get the keys ahead of time because our flight came in at 8:30 and we wouldn’t arrive at the condo until after 10:30.We have been coming to Puerto Aventuras for many years. This was the worst vacation for sure.

The Condo was clean and spacious.

There was no drinking water in our condo which was disappointing. We stayed in several other places in Mexico during this trip and we always had clean drinking water available in the room either free or for a charge. We had to boil our water so we could drink it.

The location was good. (5 min drive; 20 min. walk to shops and restaurants; one minute walk to beach) The complex is small, quiet, and family friendly. The pool was right off the patio of our unit and always sparkling clean.The manager, Cecilia, was just a WhatsApp away.

The AC in our unit was a bit noisy! The blinds in the bedroom did not black out the outside lights very well.

The apartment was big and had all the things you would need. Big comfy beds and the gardens and pool looked lovely. We were late arriving due to a delayed flight but the owners left us a message with the location of the keys. The manageress was amazing and really looked after us.

My only recommendation is if you are planning to stay here for your entire vacation you will need transport, the marina, bars and restaurants are a very long walk away especially when its hot.

Good price-value relation; clean and nice room.
