- The staff were pleasant & accommodating.
- The all inclusive amenities. That our snorkeling gear was retained at the front desk for our pick up when accidentally left behind. However they did not try to contact us after bellhop error and parts were missing.
- Beach and grounds were fantastic! Great snorkeling right by the resort! Staff was super friendly! Food was great!! Highly recommend this resort!!

- We stayed in building 4. The room felt dusty/unkept, I woke up every morning with a dry throat possibly due to dust. The shower door wouldn¿t close all the way. The building¿s elevator didn¿t work. Food & alcohol were average at best.
- Terribly slippery floors in the buffet hall. We witnessed several people fall, 1 bled from the head after hitting the floor. Continuousily interrupted on check out day. Starting at 7am we had folks just blatantly walk into our room unannounced 5 times!

It was good, with many options and great service
The room could use a scent to help with the moisture smell
The resort was an awesome size. Everything within walking distance in a couple minutes. 4 restaurants, sushi bar & 24 hour snack bar. And the the buffet had a great assortment to pick from every day. Every room has an ocean view. ?. Live music and bands at the main bar ?.
