This hotel offers a stunning property with beautifully landscaped grounds and impressive architecture. The spacious and well-designed rooms provided exceptional comfort for our family. We enjoyed the atmosphere, excellent dining options, beautiful pool, and fantastic beach club. Convenient golf cart transportation makes it easy to access nearby hotels for meals, enhancing the overall experience.

The hotel was ok but what a bad experience in regards to their care for guest with emergencies. I almost died

Cons -

While the hotel is very family-friendly with kids’ menus and other accommodations, we were extremely disappointed to learn there were no children’s activities. Before booking, we were assured that kids could use the St. Regis’ kids club next door (sister property) at no additional cost. However, upon arrival, we were told the policy had recently changed, and access was no longer permitted. This was very upsetting, as it was a major factor in our decision to book. Without any dedicated children’s programming, it would be difficult to return with kids in the future, which is disappointing because we really loved the hotel otherwise!
