- The pool temps were nice and cold. Most Mexico resorts feel like bath water. The main bar in the lobby was the best we?ve been to with multiple TVs.
- absolutely does not correspond to what we were promised by advertising and talking on the phone! Would not recommend to any of my family and friends!
- The views from the hotel were decent but the service and the room quality has gone down terribly since I visited last in 2014. The construction on the heaven side was not disclosed anywhere and we had to walk a half a mile to get ocean access.

- Only 1 restaurant on the adult only side of the resort. The others were a long walk. Room AC unit was very noisy and they wouldn?t fix it. Plaster was falling off ceiling after rain and overall appearance was old.

Staff was friendly and professional.
