- You get what you pay for at an all inclusive. 7 days of food and drink. Other than a so so burger one night at the Landshark bar and grill, all the food was fantastic. Interesting events in the lobby bar and the Landshark with entertainment every night.
- The staff is great and the place is very modern, clean and well-maintained.
- The whole resort was spotlessly clean, and the staff were top-notch

- Booked the wrong "margaritaville" didn't know there were 2 , rebooked the correct one the other couples had and can't get my $--- back from the resort we DIDN'T stay at. Gonna fight this until we do.....
- I would prefer more daytime snack type of food while in the pool area.
- There is ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO DO!! Due to hurricanes, the beach is closed, the pools close at 8 p.m, and the pool bars close at either 5 or 7 p.m.There is nightly entertainment, but it is inside.

It's newer and clean
Prestige travelers sales group. We got roped in to a multiple hour.Presentato get sold a coupon package for ten thousand dollars for ten years... did my research once i got home and everybody online says it's a waste of money.
Everything is beautiful and immaculately clean. The decor is classy and tasteful when it could have gone cheesy. They really give you luxury in a laid-back way. Staff is top notch too. Great place to relax and enjoy the ocean.
I wish there were more places to get snack-type of foods during the day in the pool area. That was the main thing lacking n comparison to other Cancun properties we have stayed at. I would also have liked more live singers in the lobby lounge.
The majority of the staff were super friendly! The resort has a good vibe and it was easy to make friends. There were fun activities all over the resort, but our favorites were definitely the ones in the pool!
It would be nice if there were more than four restaurant options for dinner.
The hotel was brand new.
There was no beach, it was completely eroded & the water was brown. I am a beach person & I could not go into the sea during my stay.
New resort, bartenders, waitresses, cooks were nice
 the Manager of the resort has so much to learn in order for this establishment to improve, there¿s no entertainment, no music, alcohol is limited. Food is not good, there¿s no beach. The ambiance is so boring you are forced to just want to sleep.
