There was a club next door, the music was very loud ended at 3am every night. The Wi-Fi wasn't working all the time and very slow. The lady who work there was not very friendly. Therefore, I do not recommend this place. The safebox wasnt working properly.

Location is excellent with being on 5th Avenue, 1.5 blocks to the beach. It is worth it to get a balcony that overlooks 5th Avenue. Upper deck view is stunning, security,staff and cleanliness a 10. Pleasant surprise!

No elevator so make sure you can walk flights of stairs which was good exercise.

-Check-in requires walking to a different facility.-Very loud at night due to nearby lounges; sleeping before 5 a.m. is difficult.-The room was not clean.-The bed was uncomfortable, and the springs were noticeable.-A physical key is used, which is inconvenient when going out, especially to the beach.-Frequent issues with the door getting locked and not opening. There was no response via Booking.com messages or phone calls; communication was only possible through WhatsApp.

Close to bus station. Hot shower. Cleaninng staff was friendly and good. No visible bugs.

Room shared a wall with a nightclub that plays music until 2:30 am. Bass so loud our doors rattled and the hair on my legs waved at every beat. It physically hurt my ears. This is not normal 5ta avenida sounds, but akin to being at the club all night.Included "breakfast" is toast or a warm wilted lettuce sandwhich with a slice of cheese and a slice of lunch meat. Also, a small ice cream dish of unripe cantaloupe and expired papaya. Terrace area had no shade as shown in photos. Rinse shower for sand and ocean did not work on the terrace. Dishes were dirty on arrival but still put away in cupboards. We booked for 4 people but got 2 towels.

Everything works fine, shower, AC, fan and the location is great.

For those who are sensitive to noisy, stay away from the property. The breakfast is a sandwich not a breakfast.

The staff were great!

The rooms are 3 blocks from where you check in at a sister hotel. I found that confusing. It was EXTREMELY loud. The bed vibrated from the neighboring bars bass until 3:30am then a restaurant started up their loud music across the way at 6am. It was dia de Los muertos so maybe it’s different normal days?

I didn't sit down, I just went into the room. It was completely stuffy.

First, check-in; I had to go somewhere else to do it. Second, I booked a two-bed room with a balcony for my small family (me, my wife, and a young child), but they only gave me a small bed. The room was very cramped; you couldn't even stay there for a few minutes.

We had no towels and the reservation was made for 3 people. We also had no covers for the "beds". The AC wasn't working. The reservation included breakfast and there was nothing in the room (and there's no lobby or restaurant in the building, so there was no breakfast at all).

Clean, two rooms plus bath, right on 5th Avenue, near bus station, close to beach, great price. There is a nice relaxing area on the roof.

Very loud next door until 3:30 a.m. but to be expected on 5th Avenue. Nice staff offered me another hotel, but I wanted to stay. Staff is there only minimally. Would liked to have had help getting luggage up and down stairs. No first floor. No pool. Minimal kitchen equipment. No pots or pans.

I choose this hotel for the location and the kitchenette. Unfortunately the host mislead me in believe is next to a bar when in fact was next to an open roof club opened every day until 4am. The noice was crazy. The kitchen had the basic tools but no functional stove, just a fridge and a microwave

Noisy NOISY NOISYNO COOKING , no proper stove to fry or to boil, just a microwave. Host offered me a cheaper hotel but she didn't offer me the difference money, the new hotel didn't had a kitchen either. Breakfast was tea, coffee, powdered milk, bread and marmelade, big scam. When I called to complain, the host hang up and shut her phone.Really, really terrible experience.

Location was beside a nightclub with extremely loud music until 3am. Bad sleep. Made arrangements the next day for somewhere else. No refund.

The manager was extremely sweet, gracious and very accommodating!

Virtually everything!Right next to a nightclub that blasted music until 3:00 AM! Couldn't get the A/C, ceiling fans or the TV to work! Bed was horrible with only a sheet on it! Bathroom door came off a hinge and wouldn't open properly! Water pressure sucked!Terrible experience!

Perfect location and value for money, would stay again. When I arrived the cleaner greeted me and gave me the option of two different rooms. One had a balcony right over fifth so I chose that one! Unbelievable value having a one bedroom (separate bedroom, but an archway rather than a door) apartment with a dining (four chairs)/full/kitchen/smart TV and balcony opposite a great restaurant. And in between possibly the two biggest clubs - Santinos and The Roof (I think) - so I only had practically a 30 second walk home at night and could not face any trouble or be stopped by extorting police. People who are not looking to party and complaining in every review about the noise, did you even Google where this place is? It's not for the quiet lovers but the partiers. Plenty of places not right in the middle of the action like this. There's no reception stopping you, just a key to a locked gate, so it's easy to bring in guests at any time. There was a fan in the bedroom, and a sizable vanity chest with a mirror to get ready, as well as plenty of drawers etc to unpack. Oh and when you turn down to the beach you soon come to Fusion Beach Club, which was my favourite and better than all the expensive beach clubs that made you do a minimum spend and were quite a bit further away.

Nothing! The key to the gate always worked, unlike the AirBnB I stayed at last year! But it is weird that you have to use the key to unlock and get out (seems standard though), which is a huge safety hazard. Oh and the bed only had a sheet: luckily I had already read that in reviews and brought my sleeping bag as a doona as I would have had the same issue in my Cancun condo. So bring a sleeping bag if you prefer a doona/duvet/some thickness. Bathroom is ensuite. I didn't like being woken up at 9am two mornings by cleaners, but found a Spanish-speaking friend to ask the cleaners not to come again unless I requested something on WhatsApp. Might not have been able to do that myself tho as there was no Do not Disturb sign.

Good location. everything close- beach, shopping, café and bus station, Walmart, museums

We read before booking revue from other customer and now - Very noisy from all the bars and restaurants at 5th Ave until 2am .If you want a nice sleep it is probably not the best place.

We were not able to sleep in this place until 3 am for the first two nights due to a very loud music coming from nightclubs located very next door. After two sleepless nights we had to move to another hotel located just 2 blocks away from this place to be able to sleep normally without all that noise that was coming from every corner of the room. The room matches the pictures on the site; but, it seems those pictures were made many-many years ago as everything in the room was heavily used and very old. The bed is not as big as it looks on the pictures and definitely not comfortable at all. The fridge in the kitchen was all corroded; the shower head in the bathroom is not working properly and we were not able to take a normal shower. The bedding and bathroom towels were so old that they don’t look white anymore, they are very greyish now. The lighting in the room was too weak, so you can’t really see yourself in the mirror.
