- The hotel was the perfect size to easily navigate. The hotel was clean and very pretty.
- staff was very nice everywhere we went. Big Time!!! beach is well located and pools are great. rooms very clean and spacious. everything working good
- Friendly and very welcoming.
Cons -
- The entertainment was lacking. You would go long periods of time during the day without any music or activities. I have stayed at a lot of all inclusivs and this by far was the worst for entertainment/activities. Also the food was HORRIBLE!

- Sketchy COVID testing and they tried to swindle 25 dollars out of me in cash for test even though it was free and I offered to pay via card. Test was done in 30 seconds and results were printed before test was administered.

The entertainment was lacking. You would go long periods of time during the day without any music or activities. I have stayed at a lot of all inclusivs and this by far was the worst for entertainment/activities. Also the food was HORRIBLE!

It was located close to where I needed to be.
The wifi instructions were completely unclear and staff was not helpful about it.
