Hotel B&B - Playa del carmen

The front desk is really nice, ready to help you with anything that you need for the hotel or even for what to do in playa del Carmen or where to find food that is not too expensive. Rooms where really clean. Thank you!

We checkout & we ask if we can leave our big luggage. the girl at front desk was rude and told us after 3pm it would be $40 for each bag. Crazy because what if your flight is at night like us, you have to carry your bags all day. Other hotel dont do that.

Mosquitoes in the room. I killed six.had to sleep with my hoodie on and jeans and cover my face with a bandanna. still got bit on my hand. I’ll do you a favor and grade it 05 although it should be a zero. Staff was nice.

Wonderful amazing people the place is nice. The rooms are decent. There’s no toilet seat seats in any of the bathrooms and the pool does not circulate. The staff are absolutely amazing.

The fact that all the pictures show a pool in good running service was very deceiving

Walking distance to so many places.

No toilet seat. Not like the pictures. No daily cleaning or towels. No drinking water. No blankets. We had to ask for everything. Even toilet paper.

It is a nice little cosy hotel with very friendly staff. Swimming pool is not large, but it is well located and neat.

I asked them and he gave me shower gel bit in bottle lead for temporarily and then I got proper shower gel bottle day after and there was no blanket and but only one shit, single, very thin Towel was very dirty. A lot of yellow marks on it. And quite very old on the edges cups was broken has got like black lines in it lot bacteria inside. It wasn’t very comfortable for me today. Stay to be honest. Location is okay no value for money not even two star.

First we read the reviews, they were not good. But we booked anyway because it was good for our budget and also very close to the 5th Avenue and some huge supermarkets. We did not get bothered by the loud music of the clubs. We only saw 1 breakfast but that is not a problem because we did our own groceries. You can get coffee and tea all day for free, that was amazing! Now about the personel: What some people write here is to me big nonsense. Every single working staff was very respectfull and helpfull all the time! Thank you all! I was travelling with my 20 years old girl and we felt very safe and cared for all the time. Nothing could have been better in our eyes.

Good location to ADO for a night before bussing airport. Staff were accomodating, lobby is nice but a lil unkept.

Pretty dirty, showerhead barely works and drizzles cold water. Cant complain when its one of the cheapest hotels near 5th /ADO but could be cleaner. Many stains on the linens. Bed was pretty uncomfortable too.

The room was very nice and the location was great, close to La Quinta and the ADO bus terminal.

We had to wait more than 30 minutes in the street because the location in Booking is wrong and no one answered the chat. We had to ask people in the street for wifi and make an international call for them to answer. When we told the receptionist about this, she didn't care and just said that they knew the location was wrong but that was a problem for Booking to fix.

It’s an economic hotel and was perfect for what we needed. Very basic and clean and nice people. More like a hostel but again we were prepared and paid for what we got.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like

The only positive is that the staff were nice.

The room was dirty and smelled musty. There was no hot water to shower with. The toilet handle was broken and I had to reach into the tank to activate the flush. The room was not expensive, but was still far overpriced for the quality of the room.I would not stay again.

Literally everything! The room was smelly and nasty! The bed was full of hairs and the walls covered by mold

Garden still looks ok, but needs maintenance.

Maintenance very bad, room is very moist due to a big leak in the bathroom. Tiles were falling off! Stuff broken everywhere. This place needs a lot of work!

The beds were comfortable. The location is good, close to big supermarket Soriana, ADO and fifth avenue.

Our room smelled awful. Like mold.The AC was not working. There is no breakfast (although its called B&B). There were racoons in the facility that seemed to live there. No drinking water available.
