- Excellent location. Wifi strong though not password-secured. Good power outlets and (depending on which room) night lights by bed. Clean. Decent value if you arent too picky.
- Booking.com OVERCHARGED ME FOR A ROOM WITH SHARED BATH...WHICH COST 500 PESOS AT THE HOTEL. BOOKING.COM CHARGES THE SAME FOR ROOM WITH BATH AND ROOM WITH SHARED BATH. NOT FAIR! My room was dirty, next to washer/dryer. Long walk to bath. Many stairs up and down, part without handrail. Dirty floors. No towel included. Had to pay for public PARKING. THIS HOTEL HAS NO PARKING; THEY SEND YOU TO A PUBLIC LOT 600 M AWAY.
- Location was ideal, they had a full kitchen and access to pitiable water. A lot of green space and good areas to relax.
Cons -
- Facilities somewhat beat down (some problems with lights, some showers no hot water, etc.), but adequate. Staff as helpful as possible, though hard when things dont work. Problem with double payment they could not resolve (Id prepaid through Booking and they charged again at desk), but Booking fixed it. Wifi isn't password-secured (though strong). Most problems are fixable with a serious revamp of management and maintenance.
- Dirty. Overcharged by booking.com. Request REFUND Dirty floor, wires hanging on walls. Bath far away. No parking as advertised. I had to pay extra for a PUBLIC PARKING 600 M AWAY . Narrow stairway, partial without handrail. No towels included.
- The bed was uncomfortable, it was quite hard. Though that seemed to be a more common experience in hostels for us. That was the only uncomfortable part about our stay.
